Our regular team is very thorough and personable, and always do an amazing job! It was one of the best decisions we have made that helps our busy family to spend more time together. Kudos to Kim, Lisa and the TCA Management team!!

Two women spent a little over 90 minutes cleaning every nook and cranny of our house. It was sparkling clean when they were finished. They were on time, did great work and the app used by the company kept me informed throughout the process.

Yearly Update (2026): Still going strong with TCA! Due to job changes and other financial blips, we have taken a few months off in the past year only to restart again like there was no break. Sandy always takes great care of our account and stops and starts service as if it is her great pleasure to make sure we are taken cared of in any situation. Because of the ease of communication, and the professionalism handled through every detail, I can't see us changing services from this business model. We are costumers for however long we can be! They are like family at this point!!!

We have been using this service now for a couple years and are thoroughly impressed. They are extremely professional, do a great job considering the price and time spent, and we highly recommend them. The cleanings keep getting better and better. Communication is stellar and I can't imagine having anyone else clean our house.

From start to finish this company knows what they’re doing and I’m thankful to have found them. Scheduling was easy and they were extremely detailed. They have an VERY efficient system they follow so each area of your house gets deep cleaned on rotation while the other areas cleaned. It’s nice knowing what exactly is the focus each time and I appreciate a deep clean being intertwined into the general cleaning. It’s also nice having a list of what exactly they’re doing everytime they come. This is also a company I would trust in my home alone if we were ever to be away or on vacation.

I am very pleased with my experience this morning! Anthony and Mark showed up on time, knew my concerns for my irrigation system, and went straight to work! Within 30 minutes my issues were discovered and repaired. The techs were very respectful and professional.

I have used Rainmaker Irrigation & Ladscape before to fix our sprinker system. The technician was methodical in reviewing all of the sprinklers and fixed whatever sprinklers need to be replaced. Since then, everything worked perfect. The technician was very professional and did finish the work very quickly and demonstrated after finishing the work. I have them in my database to repeatedly use their service and would definitely recommend anyone asking for this service.

We had some issues with some sprinklers in the front lawn that we believed was a leak. Mike Tonto came out and diagnosed the issue very quickly and had everything up and running within the hour. Rainmaker is a great local company to use and I will use them in the future for any other issues.

In April 2019, the construction of a large, new patio in my backyard required major modification of my existing sprinkler system, including control wires, a pressure supply line and several sprinkler zones. The installation crew and office support staff were all very responsive and professional. The work was done as scheduled and completed in a timely manner. A week later, the company responded to a call back to repair a leak within 24 hours. Good job! Keep up the good work!

I used Sunrise Irrigation (never again) for at least 4 years prior to switching to Rainmaker Irrigation. We have an irrigation system that uses a pump from a lake.This company truly understands customer service and value. All companies bill for the service call + time on the job. Rainmaker Irrigation really tries to send the same technician for each visit so they are not spending their time = spending your money to learn your system every time you need a service call. They are professional, timely and I can't emphasize enough how thrilled I am that we switched companies!

Great experience with Raimaker. Technicians replaced older 4 inch sprinkler heads and rotors to 6 inches and moved 2 rotors to a better location for superior watering coverage of lawn. Rainmaker did exactly what was promised and I would highly recommend them.

I am extremely happy with the service I received from Rainmaker. I have a large yard and had many varied sprinkler problems including broken sprinkler pipe under brick steps. Mike Tonto came to the rescue. He knew exactly what to do and did not waste any time getting my water problems taken care of. WONDERFUL JOB!! No idea about their landscaping services, but whoever is pulling the trailer this morning switch lanes without looking in front of the high school this morning and if there was somebody in the right lane, I would’ve crashed into his trailer for sure. Are you in that much of a hurry that you want to cause an accident? This was right in front of Clearwater high. If you were local business, you should know not to be in that lane.

I have used Rainmaker Irrigation several times, to perform maintenance, adjust & add to my sprinkler system. I have ALWAYS found them to be very conscience, courteous, prompt & very professional. I have also found their prices to be very reasonable & comparable to others. They are local & were able to complete my project quickly.

They are true professionals and use fair pricing. They have assisted us with landscape design upgrades, irrigation repairs and upgrades as well as our routine landscape maintenance requirements. Their team is knowledgeable and honest. Definitely the best landscape and irrigation vendor around, highly recommend!

Called yesterday and the technician was at our house on time. Mark was pleasant and did an evaluation of the repairs needed and gave me an estimate. Mark then proceeded to replace the sprinklers and did a great job. The total came to less then he quoted me since he did the work faster. Will work with this company again in the future.

I just bought a new home and was looking for a drainage estimate. I called Rainmaker and spoke to Kathy. She was great! Incredibly friendly and professional. She scheduled my appointment and explained the a tech would come out and go though everything with me. She was able to answer all of my questions and was very informative. I’m looking forward to working with Rainmaker.

I have hired Rainmaker Irrigation & Landscaping several times to repair and re-design my sprinkler system. Each time they arrived on time, did an excellent job, stayed on the job until I was satisfied, cleaned up after they were through and all their techs were well mannered and polite. The fees they charged were in keeping with their standards of their profession. I would never hire anyone else to take care of my irrigation system. (I use a well for the source of my water) I highly recommend this company .

Was having trouble with my pump. Called rainmaker and a gentleman named Tonto came out and checked my system. After the inspection he found that my in ground pump was bad. He stated that they did not handle in ground pumps but he recommended a company that did. I called that company and they are coming to look at it next.
I just would like to say I highly recommend Rainmaker..They were completely professional in every way as well as courteous. You cannot go wrong.

Rainmaker is the landscaping contractor for our 82 home HOA. We selected Rainmaker a little over two years ago because of excellent references & we have not been disappointed! Our previous landscaping contractor did not maintain our property to our desired standards. Our owners are very pleased with the greatly improved appearance of our neighborhood since Rainmaker started taking care of our property. I find Steven King to be a very straight-forward and honest man in our business dealings; he does what he says he will do. He always has plenty of people, in uniforms, and plenty of equipment for the task at hand. A special irrigation team has improved the performance of our irrigation system & are very quick to respond if needed. I recommend that any HOA seriously consider Steven and his company!
