Toni and his assistant did a terrific job in cleaning the porch that would normally have taken me three hours to do. He did better than I could and in less than an hour. Very accommodating! He didn’t use bleach as that was my request. He was very personable, showed up on time, and did great work!

My pavers look better now than when they were new. 11X did an amazing job cleaning up all the little plants that were peeking out of the pavers and giving them a newer than new shine. They took everything off my Lanai, cleaned it thoroughly, put down a thick layer of protection and came back two days later to move everything back in. They even secured plants that were wobbly from being moved around. I plan on doing the pavers on my front porch and drive way and will call 11X to come out and seal them. These people are the best!

I highly recommend Tony and company for all pressure washing and sealing needs. They did an excellent job cleaning my metal roof and i have worked with them on other projects for sealing, they are top notch!
