I will have this business back to clean! I am telling you, the work they do is phenomenal! Not only were they reasonable, but they also made sure not to use bleach near my vinyl windows. A big plus. I called Tony one day before the arrival of Hurricane Ivan! He squeezed me in for a pressure wash of my back patio for later that week. He arrived on time, explained the process in detail & did a great job. He even redid areas that weren’t to my satisfaction & agreed to clean areas that I added that day. He was even nice enough to move some large sandbags from my backyard to the garage during his work time!! Great customer & professional service!

11x did a great job. I hired them to powerwash my 2 story roof, driveway, pool deck pavers and pool cage. They did an awesome job. Great communication, very neat and clean, timely and very competitive pricing. Other prior contractors left messes on areas not powerwashed when done but not 11x. They also washed/rinsed the patio furniture and not a drop of debris was left in the pool. The job was so well done I also had them seal my driveway too. Recently, we had a patio enlargement, and the paver person sealed the new patio area. Unfortunately, that area when wet was very dangerous as two people slipped on the pavers. Tony came out quickly and re-sealed the pavers with a solution that prevents slipping. Tony explained the process and completed the job in a timely manner. We have used 11XThe Cleaning Service several times and they never disappoint. They just cleaned our roof, driveway, sidewalk and part of our house and now our house is the shining star of our neighborhood. I must add that Tony and Christina are great, very careful with making sure that our plants were safe. Wonderful company and we highly recommend them and yes we will be using them again.
