Great people, designs, and overall landscaping experience - highly recommend

This was the company for out builder. The put in a palm tree that was apparently diseased and/or close to dead when it was installed. Looks like someone else had a similar experience.

Mike has been a standard in the industry for over four decades...and growing. One would be hard pressed to find another contractor that excels in providing design, installation, top-quality materials for a great price.

Visited this nursery on Route 64 this weekend and the fellow managing the place was very friendly, answered all our questions, and educated us on palms. Enjoyed walking through the garden areas. We’ll be back when we know what we’re doing

This company did the landscaping for my builder. They installed a palm tree that was diseased with scale. They installed a black olive tree that was missing half the canopy from being transported poorly. I gave instructions to make the mulch bed small around the trees. They took up most of the front yard with mulch. Which is of course cheaper than sod. I️ told them I️ wanted a specific type of shrub and they put in a different one and expected me to keep them because it would be too much work to change them out.
Just overall a poor company. Not professional. They don’t listen to what the buyer wants. Several residents decided to take the money from builder and hire their own company to do the landscaping.

Need to move some palms and freshen up my front yard. They were able to quickly design and execute on the work. Always quick to respond when I had a question. Now my yard looks beautiful and everything was complete in 2 days! Definitely recommend and will call first when I need these kind of services!

Five stars all around!!! They quickly came out after we requested service and provided a quote the very next day. They came out about two weeks later to compete the services (full on landscaping with removing old plants, adding new, removing old mulch and adding new, and trimming of bushes) and did an AMAZING job!! Highly recommend for anyone needing landscaping services. Family owned and extremely professional people.

Jaciel is great to work with. They did an awesome job with sod and landscaping! Do what they say they'll do and you don't have to worry about it.

I Requested a quote for sod. Jaciel Del Rosario, the owner of Landscape by Design Of Palmetto, responded immediately and arranged for an estimate. Jaciel Del Rosario arrived on time and provided a quote with several options. His pricing was very reasonable. On the start date, Jaciel Del Rosario and crew were prompt, did a marvelous job of removing old sod and prepping area. The cleanup was immaculate. On the start date for replacing the sod, Jaciel Del Rosario and his crew were early, and did an outstanding job and by far exceeded my expectations. The sod was fresh as if cut within hours, and the installation was flawless with all sprinklers being aligned and exposed. The cleanup was again immaculate. Jaciel Del Rosario even fixed a few spots of an elderly neighbor for no cost. This company is the BEST. Landscaping and sod may be their product, but exceptional customer service is their business. Job Well done and you have earned my future business.

Purchased a home that needed revision to the front and back beds to include the removal of plants, repositioning of trees, and new plants. Jaciel is knowledgeable and the utmost professional. He reviews plans ahead of time and consistently checked with us as it progresses for satisfaction. His attention to detail is spot on. He checked irrigation both within the bed and the grass to make sure the plants were neither over watered or under watered. His follow up was great. After the work was completed, he came out to make sure everything was doing well. Nothing but praise for our experience.

We are so pleased with Landscape By Design of Palmetto! Late on Friday afternoon Jaciel saw that we had recently installed a pool and stopped by to offer his business card, my husband walked our property with him and discussed what we wanted. (We had been trying for two months to get our HOA landscaper to landscape around our pool and it was nothing but delays!) Landscape By Design sent a proposal on Monday, we accepted it and they started the work on Wednesday!! In less than a week they did what the HOA people couldn't do in two months! And, they did more than just landscaping, they also fixed the issues we had with our irrigation and regraded the property so that it will drain properly.

Jaciel and his wife Yarumi were a pleasure to work with. Outstanding results! They listened to what we wanted and then delivered even more. I highly recommend Jaciel and his company!

I have been a customer of Landscape By Design for the past 3 years. This company is excellent in the design and service aspects of landscaping. They manage lawncare as well as the irrigation system. If I have a problem, it is responded to immediately and the problem is corrected within 24-48 hours.
