Great job and great price - took care of our birdcage, our side AND our neighbor's side of fencing, house exterior, driveway - all in one day and did a great job. Looks great now - this is our 2nd time hiring 11X and we'll be back again. Definitely recommend!

Contacted 11 X The Cleaning Services, LLC for a pressure washing job needed for our company sign board. I got a reply quickly with a quote on what the job would cost and was able to schedule for the next morning. Tony did a great job and even did another job that was needed on the same day. We are very satisfied with his work and will definitely keep him as our pressure washing company in the future!!

Here's pictures of before and after. Much better. Of course the signs need replaced due to age and the paint is chipping, but the concrete is so much better.

Power washing walkway. Anthony is the person that I spoke to was very knowledgeable in a process of power washing walkways, and different spots that can accumulate and what can be removed and what cannot.

Tony did a great job. As you can see they were bad.

This is the second time we have used 11x. The first time our house looked brand new. The roof and exterior was washed. Today we had our lanai pavers cleaned and sealed. Both times they have been great communicators, showed up on the day they said and stayed many hours until the job was done! I would highly recommend them and will use them again. My neighbors even commented on how good the house looked and also used them! I didn’t realize our roof was in such need!

At the last minute I decided that this project was going to be too much for me to handle personally. Sometimes that's the best way. Tony was very responsive and did an outstanding job. He is a r

Tony went above and beyond with the soft wash on my house; aswell as accommodating the date of powerwashing to fit a timeframe in which i wouldnt be at work. It looked as good as new, the algae that had been forming on it was as though it had never been there to begin with.
