Pembroke Pools was able to get my pool resurfaced and tile replaced in a week before we had a large gathering at our home. The pool finished filling an hour before our guests began showing up. I used Pembroke pools service recommended by a friend for over 2 years when suddenly I received a letter letting know that “for unforeseen reason” they no longer service my account. As any normal person I called and asked why since I know the price of chemicals and other things have gone up I was hoping it was a cost issue and I was willing to pay more but even after asking they would not give and a reason. A couple of weeks prior I asked for a pool net and asked them to send me a quote which I never got and so I was willing to spent more money and give them more Bussiness but didn’t hear back from them.
It is very unprofessional to treat a customer that never complain even when they didn’t get the service they pay for at times( not often).
This is a negative experience as I would have not write this review if they were honest and opened.

Pembroke Pool Service is top shelf. I had another pool service that did the bare minimum and never even changed or cleaned my pump filter in years. So I tried to do it myself to save the $. What a joke. I went to Pinch A Penny with my pool water sample and for a year did and bought exactly what they told me....and My pool was always a noticeable shade of green. Fed up, I hired Pembroke Pool Service became my neighbors used them. Within 2 weeks my pool was clear and they’ve kept it spotless ever since. What a Waste of time and money trying to maintain it myself.
