I booked the cleaning service for my office and was really happy with how thorough they were. They took care of every detail and left the space spotless. Will definitely use them again for regular cleanings.

Not impressed at all.
The one time clean list was not done.
Flitted about with a feather duster. Don’t think my bathroom got cleaned or floor mopped.
Did not clean all blinds, fans or inside windows.
Put 3 full plug ins back upside down and it leaked all over my wood floor.
Didn’t speak much English hence my five calls from someone who did.
Definitely too much work for 2 women in 2 hours.

They came for the first time to my house yesterday. Why didn’t I do this before?
They were excellent, hardworking and everything shines.
Price very reasonable and I already rescheduled to keep things looking good!

Unfortunately I have a bad experience. 3 ladies clean my house, supposed to be a deep cleaning and they no even move the furniture . The counter in the bathroom was not even touched .They literally did a superficial cleaning. It looks like nothing was done . Really disappointed. They ask to get paid before they do the service and now I understand Why .

I would not recommend Jiffy Elite Maids based on their marketing practices throughout the city and nearby communities. Their signs and advertising materials are constantly posted on street corners, medians, and community entrances, creating visual blight and taking away from the appearance of otherwise well‑maintained neighborhoods.

These repeated sign postings appear to disregard local sign ordinances and community standards, and it’s frustrating to see this kind of behavior normalized. A company that shows so little respect for keeping the community clean and orderly raises serious concerns about their professionalism overall.

If a business lacks the integrity to help keep our city and neighborhoods beautiful, it’s hard to trust that they’ll show integrity when it comes to caring for your home. For that reason alone, I would not recommend this company.

I really tried to give this service a chance. The cleaners were actually good but the company is poorly run. Communication is poor. One cleaning was completely missed. They were 2 hours late for another. The icing on the cake for me was the drastic increase in price without warning. The person on the phone had the nerve to tell me that they are the "cheapest in the area." Lady, I'm not looking for the cheapest in the area. I am looking for the best service. I pay for good service. You don't bate and switch pricing based on season without telling your customers ahead of time and not communicate effectively. And yes, there are other options!

Extremely disappointed with this company’s lack of professionalism and accountability. I had a confirmed cleaning appointment for 2:00 PM. No one showed up. I had to call them, and they told me they had my appointment scheduled for 3:00 PM — which was incorrect. I had a confirmation clearly stating 2:00 PM and even sent them a screenshot when they asked.
I was told they would “figure it out” and call me back. They never did. I called back FIVE times with no answer. When someone finally picked up, I was told they were “10 minutes away.” It has now been over an hour past my scheduled time and still no one has arrived.
The manager called it a “miscommunication” but refused to offer any type of discount or refund — despite the fact that I rearranged my schedule to be home at 2:00 PM. Completely unprofessional, poor communication, and no accountability. I would not recommend booking with them unless you’re okay with wasted time and excuses.

Jiffy Elite Maids keeps posting unauthorized signs throughout our community, despite repeated warnings from management and our attorney. City code compliance has already removed over 500 signs, yet we’re still forced to clean up after them, creating visual blight, safety hazards, and traffic congestion. Instead of wasting money on illegal ads, they should invest in properly trained staff who respect the community and private property.

Not impressed at all with the deep cleaning I paid for. I definitely would not recommend this company to anyone. When you pay for a professional cleaning service, you expect at least the basics—like cleaning the kitchen sink and doing a thorough job overall. I honestly expected better results than what my two teenagers manage when they clean their bathrooms. Even they were surprised and said, “We would’ve done a better job!” That says a lot.

Extremely pleased with the window cleaning of my home. I would highly recommend using this company! From start to finish, top notch!

I'm not sure what the issue is but it is very difficult to get into contact with them. I've called and emailed with only email replies happening a week or so later after I respond immediately. If they don't want to do business, that's fine. But I find it unprofessional that I have been left in limbo for over a week waiting for them to respond.

I called for an estimate for their services, they came as they promised-and right on time. Very reasonably priced for their services!

Scheduled them to do the job, they were prompt and extremely hard working through the entire process. The windows in our building look like brand new!!! They did such a great job, very nice group of employees work for this company. We are happy with how the windows look and until today they still look fantastic!!

Must must use them if you're looking for a company that does exactly what they promise. They will come through, we will be using them again in the future!!

I’m so excited to share my positive experience with Alex and Up in the Air! They did an amazing job cleaning our home! They pressure washed our house and cleaned our windows inside and out. The window tech was super friendly and professional, and they really went above and beyond. I almost ran into the sliding glass door because it looked so clean! Haha! I set them up for quarterly maintenance, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. They’re the best! 😊
