I called them because their name was on the pool equipment of the house I bought. I had a Jandy system and it was not working properly and I knew it was 17 years old and told them that when I called. They said they could repair it but the estimate to repair it would cost $110 even though I said I wanted a new one. The guy arrived, took one look at it, said it was old, I needed a new one, and went to walk out. $110 please. He didn't even open it or touch it. I said I told person on the phone it was 17 years old and your person insisted you could fix it and I am not paying $110 to tell me it is old. Only then did he decide to touch it and look at it and tell me he could repair the bezel and would get a price. The price to repair part of it was $2500 and leave the old relays. I called All Florida pool, free quote. $1300 I got a complete new system. I wouldn't trust this place or their prices. When I told them they should never have charged me, they called for payment twice and sent 5 email payment notices . So you know, I got 3 free quotes elsewhere. No one charged me.

Pembroke Pool Services is a reliable, good-priced, all-around pool service. I specifically met "Jose". A fully bilingual English-Spanish pool guy who from the start you could immediately tell he knew what he was doing. Our pool was redone. Everything was taken care of nicely. My husband, and I just love the finish . I felt our money was worth. We re very pleased with Pembroke Pool Service for the job they have done. Thank you.

Several years ago PPS refinished my pool and did a great job at a fair price. For the last 6-8 mos they have been maintaining my pool on a weekly basis. We absolutely could not be happier with the service we received from Jose and his team. Our swimming pool was a mess. We had hired someone to put a new finish on the pool and it was done incorrectly and became a nightmare. The pool was unusable. We found this company on line and Joanna in the office said she would send Jose to meet with us, that Jose was very knowledgeable with many years of experience.
Jose met with us and explained in detail what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it. He provided a detailed written quote. He did exactly what he said he would do, when he said he would do it and for the exact amount he projected. There were no last minute surprises. Our pool is now beautiful and ready to enjoy for years to come. We are now using Pembroke Pool Service to maintain our pool and the water is sparkling. Many thanks to Jose and his team. They are a very efficient and professional service, however I have had a recent issue with my Barracuda and things got very confused on the pool service end, was charged for a part I bought from another source, they did give a quick refund, however they’ve yet to correct a continuing issue with the Barracuda now being stuck in place and not running correctly to suck up leaves and sediment on the bottom of the pool. I’ve tried twice to get it rectified and they’ve yet to resolve it. I have to wait till weekdays to call a third time to finally hope to get issue resolved so my Barracuda can work in keeping pool cleared up of debris & sediment since they only do monthly chemicals balance. I hope this will be resolved this time because they’ve been ok for approximately 2yrs of service and I really don’t want to have to look for another company.

We hired this company based on their positive reviews, but unfortunately, I didn't take the time to read the lower-scored reviews. In their answers, they claim that customer service is a high priority, but every time an issue arose, they had excuses to avoid responsibility. You can see it on every review response. Two different companies have confirmed that they made a mistake. We understand that mistakes can happen; however, what matters is the accountability and commitment to providing solutions, which we did not see at all.

I've been using them for about 6 months now. My last pool company stopped showing up and I reached out to have them come look at the pool. They told me exactly what I needed and what they would be doing every month. Michael would call me and explain to me everything they are doing or needed to replace.
