Not a very reliable company and they do not stand behind their work. They came out to do an AC repair and after 2 techs and $250.00 AC still not working and they refused to come back and actually fix my AC. If they are not qualifed to fix our system they should not have accepted the job in the first place. Do not hire this company.

Funny how i have 2 charged for a total of $250.00 but yet you say $150.00 ...you also say AC was working when you left...funny again ..if it was working then why did we call the very next day as you said the room would cool down in a few hours which it never dd..All we wanted was an AC unit that was fixed and in working order unfortunatly you were unable to make this happen

I been costume many years with Comfactor, I pay on the front 240 dollar to check my AC two times a year ,they forgot to checking in April ,and my AC broken down ,I spend 600 dollar for repare ,and the repare man tall me the maintenance is free when I pay 250 dollar , this company they not professional they Don t even apologize to me for forgot to coming and check in April 4th. I just like to tall you YOU DON T GIVE NOTTING FOR FREE BECAUSE I PAY YOU IN EVENTS, . TRY TO BE MORE RESPONSIVE AND TOCKECARE THE COSTUME ,I WORK FOR MY MONEY PAL REMEMBER AND I HOPE 120 DOLLAR YOU USE FOR YOUR NEED.

Great company. They are very knowledgeable, honest and professional, fixed my AC problems faster at a reasonable price. Now I buy the AC filters from them cheaper and better quality.

Be wary of doing business with them. They are not very professional and they overcharge. I got the capacitor replaced with a cheap, generic one and since the original was in warranty still they were supposed to replace it with the standard one once they finish the claim. It never happened, they never called back. I had to keep calling them and explain and at the end they reimbursed me with $22.38 out of a total of $240 I paid and no good capacitor.

On top of that the electric work was bad. I will never deal with them again.

een with this company for five years since the lady who sold me the house used this company to install a brand new a/c unit. The first issue was when I lived in my new home for 3 days and the a/c unit caused a leak and made a huge hole in my ceiling. They came in and somewhat fixed it but wouldn’t repaired my ceiling. Over the years the same part they replaced kept breaking causing my a/c to just blow hot air. Today the same issue happened today and they just replaced the same part four month ago. I only stayed with this company since the part is under warranty but at this point I’m done with this company.

The best ac company in town. Always punctual and on time whenever needed.

COMFACTOR has shown no interest in working together to resolve the issue. Instead, they are blaming and attacking us.
As customers, we are very disappointed with the way COMFACTOR handles our complaints.
This company is definitely not trustworthy anymore.

The experience with Comfactor started off well. We purchased a brand new AC unit from them a few years ago and hired them to perform semi annual maintenance on the unit. As time went by, we noticed a pattern. Things would start going wrong with the unit every time the owner Luis performed the maintenance. The other AC techs, like Ramon, were great. Most recently, the unit (3 years old) stopped working and needed service. Luis came out, and "fixed" the unit. It stopped working a day later. We became suspicious, so we hired another company to take a look and give us a second opinion. The tech who came out informed us that the last person to service the unit overloaded the system with freon, which caused the compressor to break! $1000 to fix the compressor. We got another opinion, and they gave us the same information. We called Luis, and he denied overloading the system with freon, and YES, the compressor was broken. He was nice enough to "only" charge us $700 for the new compressor. Again, this is a 3 year old AC unit. We decided to let him replace the compressor because his price was the cheapest, but we will not be doing business with them again. Luis will likely post some kind of excuse, but everyone knows that the compressor on a 3 year old unit is not supposed to break. Buyer beware. Don't let him touch your unit. Ask for Ramon or one of the other techs.

I have been a customer to Comfactor for over 10 years. Amazing customer service, but more importantly honest people. Their workers are always very respectful and prompt to attend your service call. There was one time that the Ac was not working properly, it was summer and I was desperate. They were fully booked but still promised to do their best to send someone as soon as possible. The owner of the company showed up around 9pm! that's good service!!

Amazing service. Had an issue at about 5:00 pm on a Saturday. Call 5 ac companies close to Weston. They all told me that they where close and the best response I got was to wait until Monday morning. Monday?....At over 90 degrees with no ac?? Thankfully I called a friend and he recommend me Comfactor. They were absolutely amazing. They were at my place in 20 minutes and got the ac fix within an hour!!, and the price was incredible. I couldn’t believe it. Thank you Comfactor. You got a customer for live!!

I had 3 other companies diagnose my AC problem with no success and their communication was so bad. I searched for another company and found Comfactor Air. Luis came the same day, which was a Monday, and I decided to put in a new unit, since mine was already 22 yrs old. His team installed it on Wednesday. They found other problems with my system that they corrected with no extra charge. Great people, excellent job, great price!! I liked this company so much that I signed up for their maintenance program, which is only $180 a year! They will flush out and service the system every so many months and let you know when it is time for them to come so I don't have to worry about anything. I'm so glad I found them because, living in South Florida, the AC is an important item.

I have been a customer for a few years, i even got my father aqnd brother to work with them.
I called them last time because my air handler was not working, the recommended the change of the whole unit that was 12 years old.
They came and did everything on monday after I called them late on friday. Thank you for coming and helped me with this. They left everything clean, and while they worked they put sheets on the floor to avoid any damage and to get all the dirty parts from the old equipment, and more important they did a great JOB Super happy. I recommend them with my eyes closed.
