FRAUDS. We called to see if a technician can come out to fix our AC because it suddenly stopped working. Some lady then said “oKaY yOu hAvE aN aPpoiNtMeNt bEtWeEn 9-11 PM”. We waited ALL NIGHT and NO TECHNICIANS reached out. We even called TWICE but no changes. WASTED MY TIME. I could have found another company to check out my AC unit. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME & SEEK A LEGIT COMPANY, NOT WHATEVER THESE PEOPLE ARE.

Natalee did really great work. Explained everything with detail. Found the issues . Provided solutions and was very transparent about everything . I went through 2 other AC companies and was not able to fix my issue. She was able to find issue and repair

I had to replace my coils for my AC last week. I was stressed about the money, the time and everything in between. I decided to try a new company and found QuickFix. I honestly have never made a better decision. Super fast service, they were able to come out and give me an estimate the same day I called. Their finance options made the repair possible without breaking the bank, especially around the Holidays. Thank you to QuickFix and their team!

He told me that the $100 for the first visit was Separate from the total cost of repairs and labor. That the $100 was not included but I needed to pay apart and separate. Only when I told him that I called the company and the company assured me the $100 is included and ROLL OVER into the total cost he accepted it. Also I called him again and is charging me 140 for more freon. Was that not included into the original repair he did Sunday? Or inthe Maintenance plan I got for $200?? Please explain

My AC was repaired on 9.10.2024. Not even 3 weeks later and my ac is not working AT ALL. The technician that came to my house charged me $950. I didn’t get a receipt and that’s why I had to call 7 companies til I got the right one.So I talked to Shawn and he told me that I may need a new unit and that it was $8,000. Then when I called. The office to find out if they can give me the credit if I was getting a new unit. So Shawn then called me back and said the manager will give me the credit but the price suddenly changed from $8,000 to $8,900. I asked for a refund since it hasn’t even been a month. Shawn tells me that they didn’t give me a warranty. That ac repair doesn’t have a warranty. These techs didn’t even know what was wrong with it. They are completely useless. So basically at this point they took my money.. I called another guy who replaced what was really wrong and he charged me $450. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY’!

I am completely satisfied with the service, he was very nice , respectful and he knows his work , he fixed the problem immediately.
I recommend him and the company he works for.

We called for service at 6:49PM and Natalee was at the house by 7:30PM on a Saturday evening. Couldn’t be happier with the speed or the quality of service. Natalee explained every step clearly and gave us all the options for us to make the most informed decisions. Absolutely will recommend her to anyone I know that needs AC repair.
