Had a great experience with Quick Fix Air. Contacted them that our air conditioning system wasn't working, and they promptly came out & provided us with a competitive quote the next day. They came out on Sunday of that same week to install our brand-new units! Excellent communication and experience overall, I highly recommend using Quick Fix Air for all your air conditioning needs!

This is the worst company to have service your AC. They wanted to charge $951 to Change 2 parts that came to under $50 brand new from a ac shop the contactor $30 and capacitor $15. Then said my compressor was bad which cost $3000 to $4000 to fix, keep in mind my AC is under warranty, so there would be no cost for the parts. When I opted to get a second opinion and let the another person fix the issues for only $240 parts included. My AC is now fixed and it’s now time to service AC which I pay monthly for Shawn told me he is canceling my subscription, and is refusing to do the maintenance that I already paid for.

Shwan and Natalee are rock stars! The service of this company is just awesome. Our unit had an electric issue that start at night In the middle of a heat wave, I was trying to find someone that was able to solve the emergency and had to wait for regular office hours while Quick Fix Air Repair is 24/7, I called around 7am and they were here at 9am.

Shawn was amazing, he checked everything needed and surpass our expectations. We will definitely call for him again.

How to put into a few short sentences the level of professionalism and attention that I received from both Shawn and Natalee, I’m not sure, but I’ll try. We have a new unit at the house, but we had gone through a full remodel. From the ceiling to the tile. Needless to say, we were choking on construction dust almost a year later. We made an appointment with Shawn and the very next day him and his partner were at our house. They did such a good job. I would highly recommend. (I don’t recommend lightly… so be rest assured, you’ll be in good hands with Shawn and team)

My overall experience was not a good one, I have had several A/C technicians in the past for leak in the unit, technician did not check for any leaks, did not open the inside unit which is the air handler to check, he simply added a leak seal and added the Freon, less the 8 hrs after he leaves the entire Freon had escape into the atmosphere, yet I was charged an astronomical price which is not the problem. The entire visit from start to finish lasted less then 45 minutes. I’ll feel if he had check thoroughly, the leak could have been found adding 6 Lbs of Freon could have been avoided. I would not recommend that company for A/C repair.

Today, Shawn and Natalee from QuickTime Air Repair visited to evaluate my AC system and perform a tune-up. Both of them were highly professional and helpful, taking the time to thoroughly explain everything and demonstrating excellent knowledge. They were also very pleasant to work with. Despite being aware of my budget constraints, they didn't pressure me into making a new purchase but instead offered options for the future. I will certainly call on Shawn and Natalee's services again in the future.

Shawn and Natalee did a wonderful job fixing and tuning up my AC. My AC broke one night and my house was getting hot 🥵. I have a 4 month old baby so that wasn’t ideal. I tried calling a couple places before, but they didn’t answer or have same day availability. The team at Quick Fix Air Repair was great! They were able to get my house quickly and fix my AC unit the same night. My AC was blowing cool air ❄️. Thank you for your fast and professional service.

my AC stopped working late in the evening on Saturday, I originally tried to contact the company I had used in the past for maintenance when required but I had to make an online appointment and the soonest available appointment was Thursday!
So I found Quick Fix AC repair and they were able to arrange for someone to come out Sunday morning! Shawn contacted me Saturday evening to confirm he would be at my place by 9am Sunday! He arrived on time, quickly addressed and rectified the situation for me. Very Professional, explained what the issue seemed to be and provided a quote up front. I'll use Quick Fix AC repair again in the future should I have any further challenges.

Shawn was great. Unlike my existing a/c service company who tried to sell me a new unit he said this is a relatively easy fix and you should get 2-3 more years out of your older unit. Just what i needed to hear. Thanks Shawn!
