I was told i needed a new ac unit by one of this big companies. A lot of money to do now a days! Started looking for other companies to quote me when i met Dale from Airtopia. He confirmed on site that the coil was ok and the problem was fixable no need to change the unit. He even guaranteed his work. Amazing person and very knowledgeable. Now i have my ac’s working perfectly for a fraction of what I would have spent

I called Airtopia as a second opinion after being told that I needed over $3000 in repairs for a broken compressor or $6400 to buy a new ac system. All hog wash!! Dale from Airtopia came out and looked at my unit and diagnosed the issue immediately as a bad capacitor and replaced it it 15 minutes and I had cool air flowing in my home. Don’t be fooled by the sales force of AC companies out there trying to sell you a system you may not need! Dale is awesome and honest. I felt like he was treating me like family and not giving me a load of lies to sell me something I didn’t need. I will be using him again and highly recommend calling him first!!

I normally never write reviews, but felt if I could avoid one person from dealing with the same thing, then it was worth the time writing it. This job was for a full 2 piece, 5-ton unit replacement quote. Dale is very inconsiderate of your time and has poor business organizational skills. I called Airtopia two days in advance (10/1/19, 10/2/19) to verify our 8:00am appointment on 10/3/19. The reason I called twice is because I would be missing a couple of hours of work/pay. 8am comes on 10/3/19 and Dale never calls or arrives. I call him about 8:15am and he said that he forgot we had an appointment...asks if we could reschedule. I think rescheduling would not be a good idea. If he forgets about you before the job, can you imagine calling for warranty issues. GOOD LUCK WITH THAT! Do whatever you think makes sense, but I would say you can find someone else that will respect your time, money and business, like I have. At the very least, he should've called if he couldn't make it to a scheduled appointment. Then again......he forgets about his customers......remember ;-)

Dale is such a pleasure to work with! Needed an emergency A/C fix before my business trip, and he was able to fix it before I left! Attentive, responsive, and a charm to be around. I will definitely request his services again!

We recently purchased our house in Pembroke Pines (12/27/23) after paying a premium inspection and “ensuring” that the AC, the roof, and the pool were all brand new. Four months later (Saturday, 05/06/23), my AC stopped working. I first thought the Nest was malfunctioning, and I couldn’t figure it out. I googled 24/7 AC repair in my area and called a good list of 13 open businesses, but none were available to come on the same day. Airtopia was #17. Gale came over within 40 min and immediately diagnosed the problem: the safety switch. He offered a deeper diagnosis and revealed the dangerous amount of mold in the vent and the system we didn't even suspect existed. Gale was excellent and is coming back to clean up the mold. He will also be installing the pool heater. Gale would answer any call, even at 3 AM.

Honestly, if I could give a 5 million star rating I would. They were incredible. I read a review that they showed up right away on a Saturday afternoon and had the parts needed to fix the ac. This was exactly my issue. I had no ac in August and had no timeline when the other ac company would show up with the motor to fix my unit. Airtopia showed up right away on a Saturday afternoon and just happened to have exactly what was needed to fix my ac on the spot and get my house cooled off by evening. Hard workers and a ton of knowledge to get it done. So impressed that I’m going to get them back here to install the heater on my pool next. Great family company and can’t express enough how lucky I feel that I found them.

It was around midnight, we called several AC companies as we had a problem with our air conditioning indoor unit. Dale was responsive and called us back immediately which I appreciated. (Other companies called us back 8+ hours later) He is very responsive and I appreciate the work he did. Overall good experience and I liked the fact he was very responsive and honest.

Our A/C wasn't working properly and we contacted Airtopia, Dale said he would be out tonight. Dale is very efficient worker and nice guy.
He has fixed our A/C problem years before and Dale remembered us.. Now that's Customer Service...and you don't find that anymore!

Dale has helped us several times in the past and has provided excellent service and demonstrated excellent knowledge in his craft. This time was no different as he replaced our malfunctioning thermostat in an efficient and timely manner. What I love most about Dale however is that he always takes time to talk and communicate with you and has an amazing positive energy. Thank you Dale!

My ac stopped working at 2 am and Airtopia was the only company willing to fix my problem at that time. Airtopia is a 24 hour service as advertised. Indeed, Dale is a true experienced and knowledgeable professional and was able to fix my problem within 30 minutes. Three years ago a friend recommended Airtopia. We have been using them since then. Three years ago we needed a new AC unit. We contacted 3 different companies and none of the quotes were as good as Airtopia. Airtopia was able to quickly replaced our AC unit.
Recently we had some electrical work done in our house and the electrician did not reconnect the AC circuit properly. We immediately called Dale. Although Airtopia was not responsible for the electrician’s mistake Dale came to look at our AC and made the appropriate adjustments.

I have used Airtopia Inc services twice, the first time 3 years ago where I was having problems with my pool heater, Dale came really quickly reviewed and was able to fix it in the spot. this second time I remembered about dale when my heater failed again and call him he was at my home the same day and was able to once again fix the issue in the spot, he when thru what the issue was, showed me what he was fixing and did not try to sale me unnecessary equipment, but rather looking for what was actually required. I will definitely keep using Airtopia for my heather and AC needs.

No one wants to A/C issues; especially during a holiday weekend. Well, our A/C did just that this labor day weekend. I called around and Airtopia was the first responder. I know that people are on vacation but Dale came through. He is a true professional and took the time to explain what was happening and how he was going to fix it.
