Other companies I called wanted to charge me $100, just to come take a look. Spoke to Richie for 5 minutes over the phone and he walked me through fixing the problem I now have cold air & a happy wife! thanks Richard I owe you 1!

We were renters fed up with dealing with the company the home warranty goes through (South Cooling). Last time they left us without AC for 3 days reaching over 90 in the house, instead of dealing with this for the second time in a month we decided to call around and pay out of pocket. It was late and no matter the title or claim of being 24 hours we were finding no one at 9pm on Saturday. Then we found 24sevenAC and talked to Richie who was able to walk us through diagnosing and fixing the AC ourselves over the phone. Not only were we grateful for a working AC but he didn’t charge us for his time. Since this kind of service is unheard of in today’s world we wanted to take time and say thank you to Richie and 24sevenAC we truly do appreciate your time, professionalism and great customer service. Thank you.

I have used this company twice in 5 years. Richard has been great both times, very honest guy. Last time it took him less than 5 minutes to find out what was wrong and fixed it right away on a Sunday morning before 8:00am and he was very quick to respond back after I left him a VM very late the night before.

Richie was a true gentleman. I called with a problem, and right away he diagnosed it over the phone and told me exactly how to fix it. He was willing to make a service call if needed, but was good enough to save me the cost, time, aggravation, etc. Very rare today. He is the guy to call if you have an A/C problem. He has made anew customer.

24 Seven Air is the epitome of service. Richie, the owner is a guy who clearly knows his stuff and really wants to get you back in the comfort of air conditioning. For that, they would be the first company I would recommend anytime someone I know had an issue with their AC.

24seven is the only AC repair company I call, why? Because they are awesome, amazingly caring of their clients but overall because THEY ARE HONEST.

They are the best, Richie is the type of guy that gets the job done. this is the guy that answer the phone on Sundays and go and help you, like he did to me, if you have the opportunity to meet Richie you will see he's a very honest man and he will give you a very reasonable price. We called Richie to come fix our ac and do a service on it. He was super nice and talked us through some quick troubleshooting steps to identify the problem we were having. Turns out that with his help we solved the problem and he also gave us helpful tips on how to care for our ac unit and save money! We are truly astonished that someone would be that honest, helpful and knowledgeable. He offered to come out and do the service call, but told us that all we really needed was to take his advice and it would be ok. If we had any further issues he would come out. When we told him how much we appreciated his honesty he said “it’s not hard to do the right thing!” We appreciate him so much and we are grateful for his kindness and honesty.

We came home after a long day at work to hot house. Saw great reviews for this company and called. Knowing that it will take some time for a tech to come out, Richie took the time to walk us through some troubleshooting steps to try to get us running. He was real life saver. Due to my 90 year old mother’s health condition I am sure that no one else would have gone through the lengths that he did.
Amazing company and incredible service!

Today I got home from work at 8:30 pm to find out that my A/C was not working. I really panic because the temperature in the house was 89 degrees. Looking for a company that can help I called 24 Seven Air Conditioning, I got a phone call back within 5 minutes from Richie and he was able to help trouble shoot my problem over the phone with no questions ask. It's very difficult to find people that are willing to help unconditionally. Great customer service. The best A/C company I have deal with in a long time.

Richie, the president, did a great job at helping improve our A/C. He was very cordial and professional. His pricing was reasonable, better than other places I called for the same service (to get a coil cash) and he was NEVER pushy. I highly recommend him and will call him again for future services.

On 3 separate occasions I have contacted 24 Seven for different issues with our AC. The most recent incident was this week, at 10 PM at night. I wasn't expecting a response until the next day, but lo and behold Riche responded, we got on a Skype call, we looked at everything and he walked me through on how to fix the issue following his directions. I was able to get my system up and running again. You will not find this level of service anywhere else! Richie is one of those individuals who goes *above and beyond* to help and has *always* exceeded my expectations. He's trustworthy and you know you can count on him when you most need it!

Our bedroom AC started blowing the warm air on Friday morning. I look for a company with good reviews. I did called few companies but he was the only company that returned my call right away. He was busy on Friday so he promised to come on Saturday morning.
He showed up exactly the time he has told me and fixed my AC. He has my vote.

I didn't know that there were contractors like this left in the world. Richie was amazing! He scheduled everything around the times that worked for me. He found the cheapest way to get my AC running again, didn't try to sell me anything, communicated clearly with me through the process and did a fantastic job. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

Richie came out within 2 hours after calling him. He and his companion were professional and very knowledgeable. Within 2 minutes they were able to diagnose and instantly repair our compressor. Reasonable prices and trustworthy people! After being burned by other "licensed people" they were happy to allow us to take their picture for additional comfort!!! Thank you!

I went to turn on the AC and it wouldn't come on. A neighbor recommended Ritchie, owner at 24 Seven Air Conditioning. I was able to reach him right away. Before deciding to come out, we got on SKYPE, and went through some steps with the thermostat and handler. It took about 15 minutes. The AC was working again. The batteries in the thermostat needed to be changed, and we drained the excess charge that was in the thermostat unit; what an amazing experience!! I wish there were more than 5 Stars I could give his service.

24 Seven Air Conditioning was tremendously helpful in getting my ac to work properly again.

On 08/23/15 around 1pm my ac started to blow hot air and we weren’t sure what was causing this issue; we thought the entire unit went was breaking down. Just to make a long story short my family sat in a hot house for almost 5 hours trying to decide what we were going to do, and where could we get an affordable ac repair company that could come out the same day to come look or even fix our unit.

While doing my online search I came across 24 Seven Air Conditioning and the reviews were all good, so I decided to take the leap and gave them a call. Needless to say this company was my first and last call I made for the entire day; the owner Richie was so up front, an easy going with us from the beginning to the end of the conversation.

He told us his team wasn’t going to be able to make it out to us today but he was willing to help us through the phone if it wasn’t anything major. He walked us step-by-step on the phone on what we needed to do to try and solve the issue, and he even told us there is no need to replace the unit as of yet because it would be a very expensive cost.

Overall, the ac was back up in about 10 minutes and blowing with full force; my family and I are extremely happy with the service we received today and most importantly didn’t have to spend money that we don’t have for issue that turned out to be so minor. This company has officially become a contact in my phone and I will continue to call them for any future ac repair.

I wake up on Father's Day, and my wife tells me she doesn't think the AC is working. We call a well known company in Broward to find out that they don't know when they can send someone out, being it is father's day. Depending on what the problem is, they didn't know if it could be fixed today, because their warehouse is closed on Father's Day to get proper parts. Out of desperation, my wife tries 24 Seven. Ritchie answers the phone, and says he will come out himself, since all his guys are on emergencies. TWENTY MINUTES LATER, Ritchie's at our house. TWENTY MINUTES LATER, and 118.50, our AC is working again!!! Most places charge 150.00 to 180.00 to come out on a Sunday. Ritchie's house call was 85 bucks. He didn't charge a Sunday premium. The part needed to fix the AC was in his truck, as well. With all the headaches AC problems can bring, and all the unscrupulous businesses out there, it was great to find someone that provides great service at a reasonable price, especially, on a day that companies can rake consumers over the coals. We'll definitely use 24 Seven AC&R, again, and will recommend to our neighbors, if they need someone. Thanks, Ritchie!!

We called 24 Seven this evening at 10 pm when our AC wouldn't turn on. Left a message and Richie called back within 1 minute. He talked us through the problem over the phone and diagnosed it within a few minutes. How nice of a guy to help out strangers when we were desperate (senior pets, a heart patient in the house and an 8 month pregnant woman all who need AC 😣) and he could have easily charged us a service repair to come out. We will be using this service from now on!

Richard was amazing and extremely helpful, you have a customer for life. He came to my home on a Saturday to fix my AC which was broken for 3 days and the heat and humidity was unbearable which my 4 year old son was feeling the most. I called and Richard answered my call and he helped me narrow down the culprit that was preventing the AC from working and once he did he came to my home and fixed it in less than 10 min. Thank you again awesome service and perfect timing for the big game tomorrow 👍👍👍👍

It's rare to find excellent customer service these days, but that's exactly what I found when I called Richard with 24/7 Air Conditioning. I wanted to have some routine maintenance performed on my air conditioning at a condo in which I rent out. My tenant was less than accommodating and rather difficult to get maintenance scheduled. Richard bent over backwards trying to get this taken care of for me. Richard was always courteous, professional and willing to help. He was at the condo on time and even gave me a better price than what he originally quoted over the phone. (When does that ever happen?!) Will never call another air service again now that I've found 24/7.
