Great service. I have called a few times over the past year and Richard offers great advice and tips to solve issues. When I had a real problem with the AC freezing up regularly, I gave him a call and he came out at a time convenient for me. He took care of the problem and explained everything in great detail. The AC is pumping without issue now. Class act service and very professional and kind. Will only call 24 Seven for any AC problems, they're the real deal. Great price, too. True professionals like him are hard to find these days.

Thanks to the numerous reviews here, I reached out to Rich at 24 Seven when my AC crapped out. I got his voice mail and left a message within 5 min, he called me back. I described what was happening and he suggested a few things I could check myself. Unfortunately, it was that simple of a fix. He got my address and said he’d call when he finished the job he was on and head my way. Once he got here, he promptly got to work, quickly diagnosing the problem. My AC unit is 16yrs old. Not once did he even hint that the unit needed to be replaced. Once he determined the problem, a blown control transformer, he retrieved a new one from his truck and resolved my problem. In just under 90min from my initial call and only $187, my AC was up and cooling. My wife was very happy when she came home to a running AC.

Richard is the most compassionate and helpful business owner I have ever dealt with! We just moved to a new townhome and being new to the area, I didn’t know who to call for help with our ac. I read the reviews and decided to give 24 seven a call. Richard answered himself, asked me my address and to described the problem. He explained that they had a big job and he wasn’t going to be able to send anybody that day, BUT he didn’t want to leave me and my family with the problem for one more day. He asked if I could send pictures and offered to walk me through some possible solutions. The whole time I was wondering:1- how is he going to charge me for an over the phone consultation? and 2– could I realistically fix the ac myself? He was wonderful and walked me through all the possible things I needed to check until we found and fixed the problem! We spent hours back and forth with calls, text and pictures particularly because that day Richards’ mom was in the hospital waiting to have surgery!! This was beyond good customer service, it is being a good and compassionate person ❤️
He could of simply said that he was sending somebody the next day and charge for the visit. Instead he simply helped.
We would never do business with anybody else and I will recommend hiring you every time. Thank you Richard, my family and I appreciate you!

I called Richard at 24 Seven Air Conditioning after my AC unit stopped blowing cold air. Although he had a packed schedule, he was able to squeeze my service call in and in less than 30 minutes had my AC blowing cold air again. Not only was he quick and professional, his work and prices can't be beat. Being new to the area it is great to find a company that is honest and trustworthy and who will do the job that is needed and not look to pad the bill just to make a quick buck. I highly recommend Richard and 24 Seven Air Conditioning and will definitely be using him for any additional AC issues. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Kevin arrived promptly, and was able to immediately diagnose a problem that four previous contractors had missed.
Based on before and after photographs, he was also able to actually "clean" the unit, which was cleaned three times in the previous two weeks.
I was very pleased!

Called Kevin and he responded right away. Was able to come out and assess the problem, leak in my evaporator coil which was under warranty. But due to backup and non availability of the part, and needed my AC working - gave me options and walked me through which saves me half the amount. Absolutely recommend Above N Beyond Mechanical. Kevin was responsive, timely & his technical expertise was superb. As a new Florida resident I needed my HVAC unit inspected and he walked me thru various tasks I can do on my own to maintain a healthy system. Kevin took care of the condensate line, adjusted the auto shut off valve, and thoroughly cleaned the outdoor unit. By the end of the service I felt like we were family. I will be using Above N Beyond’s service for annual maintenance!

We were preparing to purchase a new AC unit because we had two other contractors suggest that we needed one.
