What a great company. I called them last night after having my AC unit shut off and leak water all over my apartment. Instead of sending someone out and charging me a ton of money (like they easily could have done) the man I spoke to was nice enough to walk me through the process of how to fix my problem (a clogged drain) and get my AC running. They are clearly run by good, down to earth, honest people and if I ever have any AC needs in the future, I will be calling them. No questions asked

By far the best experience I have ever had with a AC company! Rich was very nice and efficient in explaining to us what the problem was. He took his time and ensured that we understood everything about our system. They have definitely gained a loyal customer. Thank you for all that you do 24 Seven!

When my air conditioning broke last week, my main concern was finding an honest repairman, so I did some internet research. Even though 24 Seven Air Conditioning's reviews seem to good to be true, I gave them a call. BELIEVE THE GOOD REVIEWS! They helped me over the phone and in less than five minutes my A/C was back to life. When I asked how much I owed, I was told that helping me out and my future business was his reward. Wow! They have my customer loyalty for any A/C and plumbing needs. It is with great pleasure that I recommend them.

I called Richard for an AC check-up. But he only checked the low-side refrigerant pressure, so he thought the refrigerant was low when it was not--the real problem was a bad TXV valve. I paid over $150 for adding refrigerant that was not needed and made the system run worse--it used more energy and couldn't cool well. I asked Richard and he said nothing to worry about, no need to check the high-side pressure. Not true. A couple weeks later I had to call another AC company. They diagnosed and replaced the bad TXV valve under warranty, took care of the refrigerant overcharge that Richard had put in, and now it's running fine and using way less energy. When I contacted Richard about what happened he said that was just their "opinion," refused to take any responsibility, and left an angry voicemail.

The only reason this review is not one star is because he did clean out the condensate drain line. I would not recommend if you need any kind of thorough diagnosis or repair.

[Regarding owner response] This is just more failing to take responsibility. Only one other company came out (not two): they were Bryant-certified and they diagnosed and replaced the bad TXV valve that 24 Seven missed. Also not true that unit was running "fine" after 24 Seven came out--as noted above, it made loud banging and rattling noises and was consuming more power than normal. I let 24 Seven know about those issues and he said not to worry, he had heard louder units.

Our air conditioner suddenly stopped working in the midst of covid and immediately called several AC companies at 7:30am. Rich was the only one that called back within 5 minutes. I explained my situations and he guided to troubleshoot the issues we were experiencing in order to keep us safe and resolve it. After very clear instructions our air was back and running! This guy saved our day and will definitely call him next time we have A/C issues.

So yesterday it was 85 degrees in my house, I immediately called Richard, this is my 3rd time calling this company because they are that good. He was at the house this morning and again I'm so grateful that he is such a wonderful honest man. He was able to get us a quick fix but said what we already knew and that was it was time to bite the bullet and get a new system, it is 15 years old. If you need someone to fix your air, please call Richard, you won't find a kinder, honest person. Thank you so very much for your quick response, fix and professionalism! Sue

This afternoon my thermostat simply turned off. I have been in my new home for about 2 months and this is the first AC issue I have had. After calling Air Around the Clock (wanted to charge me $175 for just coming out on a Saturday), I called 24 Seven and spoke with Richie who walked me through a trouble shooting process, charged me nothing, and helped me fix my issue. He told me even if he had to come out for a service call it would be $85, a much better price. Highly recommend as he certainly could have come out, charged me, and I would have been happy that I "saved" $90.
Thanks again and I hope you see this review. When I do encounter a problem in the future, you will be my guy.

I came home last Friday from work and my AC was not working. I started calling numbers on Yelp, but everyone was either closed for the day or completely booked up. I hit the jackpot when I called 24 Seven Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. Richie told me that he had a number of calls and couldn't make it to my house, but that he would certainly help me. Richie was on the phone with me for a number of hours walking me through troubleshooting the problem with my AC. He went as fas as to Skype with me to make sure I did everything correctly. Not only did Richie help me fix my AC, but he had a part at his home that he allowed me to pick up because I wouldn't have been able to get one until Monday from an AC store. I would highly recommend calling no one but 24 Seven AC for any of your AC needs. Richie went above and beyond anything I've ever experienced.

They were fast, efficient, friendly, and reasonably priced............ Came home Friday night after Hurricane Irma to an A/C that wasn't working. Called 24 seven air-conditioning Saturday morning. Richie got to my house fast. Wasted no time finding the issue. He fixed it, was cleaned up and gone, in under an hour.
The price was beyond reasonable for a Saturday morning rescue after a hurricane no less. I would definitely use their services again.

Richie is the best of the best. On 6/21/19 my A/C broke in the middle of the night, I called 24/7 ac repair 2:00 in the morning , Richie came in 8:30 AM , did a diagnostic and found problem in 5 minutes . 30 minutes later , my A/C starts running , been working great! He is experienced genius. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for good company to fix ac problem, Very satisfied with This company. Thank you 24/7.

I found 24 Seven A/C on google after receiving a $600 quote just to replace the fan on the condensing unit, I'm glad I decided to trust their reviews. Richie came first time next morning and fixed it for a reasonable price, friendly guy, gives advise when many others will try to rip you off.
He was also able to diagnose and fix in 5 minutes a second unit which was dismissed as 'too old to be repaired' by the 1st contractor. He even had to do some gardening to dig out a severed cable :)

The experience I had was so good I would not have believed if someone else had told me that it had happened to them. I called yesterday because I thought I needed a new compressor on the roof unit. Another company had been recommended to me and they had told me that I needed a new whole unit . The crook said that it would be $1850 dollars and said he was giving me a deal because he usually charged $400 more. I was very suspicious because with the crook that came out from the first company, we had isolated the problem to the compressor. My line of thinking was, why would you have to change the whole unit if only a part was damaged? I wasn't sure because I am not an ac tech, but it didn't add up.

I decided to get a second opinion, so I began calling other companies.When I called 24 Seven Richard (the owner) told me to send him pictures because they were very busy that day and weren't sure if they could come out that day. After I sent him the pictures he told me that there was a strong possibility that the compressor could be fixed. There was a wire hanging down that had the terminal shot. All I had to do was strip the wire and clamp it to the stud of the compressor and if it turned on I would be ok. Before this he told me to test the freon pressure as well.

It sounded so simple, but it wasn't. It took me the 4 hours just to do this. I had to go to Home Depot 3 times because I made several mistakes. I had to call Richard back about 7 times, etc. Remarkably he kept talking my calls and was extremely patient and encouraging. I was finally able to get the Vice grip on to test the wire and the compressor worked!!! I was going to save the $1850 that the Crook had quoted me.

Richard not only talked me through the whole thing, but then he refused to take any money!!! I could not believe it. I ended up spending $23 in parts and that was it. So I basically saved $1827 dollars that day!!!

From my experience, there just aren't many honest AC companies out there. 24 Seven is definitely one of them. I understand now why they are so busy that they could not send me someone that day to fix the ac.

At around 8pm tonight our thermostat suddenly went blank and the air conditioner stopped working. We didn’t want to wait until tomorrow to have this fixed because it is unbearably hot, so I googled emergency ac repair and found this company and read all the great reviews. My husband called and spoke to Richie who was very professional and helpful. Richie provided clear instructions over the phone on what we could try to fix the issue, and sure enough my husband was able to get it back up and running! I will definitely be using this company for any future ac repair needs. A+ customer service. I highly recommend this company!

As an out-of-state condo owner with tenants, it can be quite stressful and frustrating when looking for someone you can trust and rely on at a moment’s notice. When my tenant informed me that the A/C was leaking heavily and needed someone there right away, I was lucky to have chosen 24 Seven Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, Inc. after some extensive research. When I called, Richard, the owner picked up right away and assessed my problem immediately. He understood my dilemma, so he immediately contacted my tenant and scheduled a visit the very next day around their schedule. New experience!!! My a/c had a problem that I could not figure out. I have an A/C tech on my wife's side of the family and everything he was telling me could not solve the problem. I called Richard from 24 Seven and he immediately solved my problem. The guy is freaking amazing! He knows his stuff and resolved my problem within minutes. I called on a Sunday late afternoon because one of my AC units wouldn't turn on. I spoke with the owner Richie. Knowing that his crew wouldn't be able to make it to my house by that night, he asked me what I was experiencing and voluntarily explained to me how to fix the problem myself in a simple and straight forward way. He then followed up a little while later to make sure his recommendation had resolved the issue (which it had!). This company was really amazing under the circumstances and I will definitely call them again in the future. Highly recommend!

The community has spoken and they were right! All the recommendations were 100% true. I called 24 Seven Air Conditioning and spoke to Richard who did everything he could over the phone to resolve the issue I was having with my Nest thermostat install. He eventually solved my issue even after Nest customer service told me it was not compatible with my Trane AC unit. I would recommend anyone with AC issues call him, I know I'm never calling another AC person after dealing with Richard. You got a customer for life. Thanks again!

My A/C suddenly stopped working one day and I called 24 Seven Air Conditioning. I had the pleasure of speaking with Richard, who was extremely helpful. As soon I explained the problem, he gave me instructions on how to fix it myself. He was very nice and patient while walking me through the process. And it worked! I called Richie, the owner, on Saturday afternoon, and he called me right back. He didn't have any service people in my area at that particular time and talked me through the repair.
