He came by the next day, and LEMME TELL YOU, Dale is an incredibly kind and honest technician who knows just about everything to do with Air Conditioning. He has a lifetime of experience working in home improvement and mechanical projects and will give you honest advice in just about anything.

Dale is the man you want in your corner whenever you want to fix your AC! We are certainly glad we called Airtopia to fix our Air Conditioning.

I am new to Pembroke Pines and came home from work Tuesday find that my air conditioner was blowing hot air.
Since I was unfamiliar with the area I called have a dozen number to try and get help fixing my air conditioner.
The only company that returned my phone call was airtopia. Dale was ver professional and promptly said he would be at my house in 15 minutes.
Dale arrived on time and answered all of my questions and said that he would be able to get our Air conditioner repaired quickly. He kept his word and in a short while we were enjoying cold air in the house thanks to him.

I used Airtopia many years ago to redo my home whole AC system including new ducting work in West Davie and when I recently needed to contract an AC maintenance service in my office in Cooper City, Airtopia was the one to call. Dale, Airtopia’s owner is a mechanical engineer so you get much more than an skilled AC technician but a knowledgeable professional. I expected to be serviced by a technician but Dale did the job in person and boy he did it well, he was on time and did his job as promised at a very reasonable price. Yesterday my tenants texted me that the AC is not blowing cold air. We came home from vacation to our AC leaking through our garage, I called Dale and he was there within 30 mins. That problem led to our AC eventually breaking and Dale went out of his way trying to make our old unit last. In the past AC companies were forcing me to buy brand new but Dale never put pressure on us. He fixed what he could. Our old unit did end up not working so Dale got us a brand new AC unit inside and outside. Our AC closet is a very weird design and was causing leaks and mold and Dale went ABOVE AND BEYOND to fix all the problems, even building a complex duct from our unit to the ceiling. He changed out all of a vents to give us so much better air flow in our house. Now our house is soooo cold because we have the BEST AC! Thank you Dale for everything!! This picture is of the new unit he installed and nest system. He even got us hooked up with a pump and drip pan so we never have a leak problem again.

I called him late Sunday night and left a message with him and he called us right back and scheduled a service call for the air conditioning at 8:00 am. He called 20 min ahead that he’s on the way and showed up before 8am. When we turned on the unit to diagnose it turned on right away. So he refused to take any money, even though it was raining hard and he had to later into a few inches of water to get to the unit.
