Duct Duck Air cleaned my dryer vent.They showed up exactly at the appointment time and were informative and professional. They use good equipment and were very mindful of being clean and courteous. Armando, the tech, gave me some good tips for maintenance.

Frank was great! He came early, got right to work, and took care of everything my unit needed. It required some serious attention, and he made sure it was thoroughly cleaned. Now I have fresh, clean air circulating through my home. He did an incredible job, and I’ll definitely be using this company again. They’re spot on and their pricing is very reasonable!

Had an issue with my air conditioner. Called and was able to get a technician out next day. To help office even tried to guide me through a few simple trouble shooting steps. Super helpful unfortunately they didn’t work. Good to know there are still honest hard working companies out there. Will always use and recommend to anyone.

Called them to clean the dryer vent based on good reviews and the adorable company name! Tech came out the same day, right on time and was quick and efficient. And when it turned out to be a smaller job than anticipated, the office quickly reduced the quoted price. Communication was excellent and a pleasure to work with an honest business. Rarely would I use the term “ like family” in the same sentence used to describe a service provider but that’s exactly how I would describe Paul and Armando. Paul worked tirelessly to address every minute detail of the proposal that concerned my elderly parents, never rushing them and always courteous. When they finally decided to do the work (A/C replacement, A/C cleaning/sanitizing and vent cleaning) two months later, Paul and Armando both took the time to share pictures of the progress with my parents and patiently addressed all their questions. While waiting for the A/C replacement to finish up, Armando gratuitously assisted my parents in evaluating the cause of another issue they were having in their home. After a long 8+ hour day with Paul, Armando and their assistants, it was clear this family-owned Company really cares about their customers and doing honest work, so much so that they felt like family by the end of the day. Thank you Paul and Armando for a job well done!

Unfortunately in the middle of the night and after 14 years, our old Rheem Central Air system finally stopped working,

Sweating water drops like a South Florida rainstorm We were eager to get a new system in place as soon as possible. After doing some research I took the next day off from work and quickly received over 5 bids for a new RUUD Central Air system for our home.

After reviewing all the bids, I selected Mr. Luis Andrade and the COMFACTOR AIR CORPORATION and was extremely happy that I did. Not only was his bid and financing competitive, the install was expedient and the follow-up customer service exhibited through his installation staff and office associate, Ms. Rocio Sanchez was simply impeccable.

Mr. Luis Andrade and the COMFACTOR AIR CORPORATION sensed that another summer night without air would be too unbearable to go through again. Mr. Andrade happily tweaked the company work schedule and as he had promised, a new system was installed the same day I accepted his bid. AC install was to code and we passed the City of Weston permitting inspection with flying colors.

In South Florida, most AC vendors are a dime a dozen but COMFACTOR AIR CORPORATION came across as very knowledgeable and their staff made us feel as though they truly care. If you are ever in need of a new AC system, I believe that Mr. Luis Andrade and the COMFACTOR AIR CORPORATION deserves your upmost consideration.

Air conditioning unit installed for less than six months before unit had failures. Tried to contact the store during business hours and nobody picked up...drove to the address and the store front was locked up tight. Warranty on brand new equipment means nothing when you can’t get in touch with them.

I've been a loyal customer to this company for several years I had a problem last week and they were supposed to come to my house. No one showed up no one called me. The next day they called to apologize for not showing up. They sent someone to my house to fix one of my A/C. This week I had a problem with another AC in my house and called them. They were so busy they made me wait three days for an appointment but because I'm loyal I said we would wait. Someone was due to come to my house between two and five today. Nobody came nobody called me I've left several messages with no return phone calls. I will never call this company again

Job was done well and fast. Technician was polite, friendly, very helpful and knows the business. Definitely will use them again!
I used them again this last week, great, professional as always!
