Two technicians appeared at my door ready to work. They took time to thoroughly assess the problem. When they ran into a problem they couldn’t fix, they called their boss. Mr. FRASCONA, who was able to remedy the problem. Additionally, I contacted FRASCONA HVAC, they responded, and took care of my AC problem. Now my family and I are able to rest comfortably during this cold weather. I discerned that Mr. FRASCONA takes pride in his work and provides service with a smile. I failed to mention they are very knowledgeable so if there is a problem they will find it and repair it.

From the moment I called FRASCONA HVAC‑R to schedule the appointment, everything was seamless and the staff was extremely friendly. The technician arrived on time, greeted me with a smile, and explained the air conditioning service in plain language. He was courteous, answered all my questions, and finished the work quickly and efficiently. I especially appreciated the friendly attitude and professionalism throughout the whole visit. Nicolas (the owner) was responsive and professional from the minute I reached out through completion of the job. I needed a completely new AC unit and he speedily sent over a quote, explained the process, and got the paperwork started right away. Installed the unit within days of me reaching out. The company handled all the permits and insurance paperwork with my building. It couldn’t have been a smoother process. I called Frascona HVAC-R when my old unit started acting up and was nervous about the cost and timing. The owner Nicolas arrived promptly, explained my options clearly. Option 1 - was the solution to repair the problem I was having with my old broken ac unit. Option 2 - was replacing the old unit with a brand new one, he showed me great competitive pricing and told me all the great benefits I would get if I decided to replace my old unit with a brand new one. I went with Option 2! Nicolas and his team performed the air conditioning service quickly and even gave me a Free brand new digital Thermostat with my new unit, plus explained very useful tips for AC maintenance. I felt confident in the work and appreciated the friendly and professional attitude at all times. After they finished installing my new ac unit, my home has never felt so comfortable and cool. I know who to call for any future HVAC repair!

After my AC broke, I decided it was time to move on to a new unit. I met Nick from Frascona, and he provided truly great service from start to finish. He explained my options clearly, helped me choose the right unit, and made the whole process quick and stress-free.

The installation was quick , done professionally, and my new AC works perfectly. I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend Nick and the Frascona team to anyone needing AC repair or replacement.

Two nights ago, our air conditioning stopped working. That same night we contacted the company, and they told us they would come the next day to check the unit.
Indeed, the owner himself came and inspected it. He immediately knew it was the capacitor. He replaced it, and it started working right away.

Mr. Frascona also offered us the annual maintenance subscription for the units, which includes installing a UV light to prevent mold growth, as well as another visit six months after the annual maintenance to make sure everything is working properly.

I must say we are very impressed with Mr. Frascona’s professionalism and commitment. Excellent service from the very first phone call.

Additionally, today two wonderful young employees came to do the maintenance: Diego and Jonás.

Nicolas, the owner was extremely professional and explained everything to me so well. He fixed my very old AC and will be maintaining it for me. His staff came and installed my new thermostat and ensured that everything was working perfectly. They also cleaned my whole AC and it looks brand new. I cannot recommend them enough. What a great company!
