Would totally use Smart home Electrical again

Very disappointed with the service I received my second time around. The first time it was perfect and staff was very nice but second time, person showed up 3 hours late, I had to call to figure out if they were still coming out or not.

Service I requested was troubleshooting and installing a smart switch. Resolution ends up being they don’t know how my 3 way switch use to work, so I end up losing a switch and have the smart switch installed.

Lastly, I hear about different pricing for services depending on who you end up talking too, which felt great when I had to shell out 350 bucks to have 1 smart switch installed essentially. At the end of the day, this is what I’m left with. Can’t wait to do the rest myself!

The crew was absolutely amazing. Tim and Carlos (and his team) installed a handful of fans and smart switchers/dimmers, mounted four TVs, and ensured everything worked well, stayed late to ensure all was working perfectly, and ultimately everyone was very professional. Highly recommend this company/team.

Robert was on time. Was well manner and pleasant individual. Listen and understand my concerns. Wrote up issues and submitted repairs to insurance company and myself. If repairs are approved will have his company do the work needed.

In addition to working in the Florida August heat, some of the work required going into our even hotter, dusty and cramped attic crawl space. Rodel dealt with everything without hesitation and was awesome dealing with the challenging environment. He did an outstanding job with everything. The field supervisor and techs were great and they did a great job removing old service. Downside was my appt time was delayed 2 hours due to someone else's emergency call. I understand, but I was at a rental property and had to wait for them for two hours. It happens, I guess.

Ed arrived on time for his initial assessment of our localized loss of power in several area, went through a careful, methodical process assessing all of the potential problem areas potentially related to our partial loss of power, then delivered his report. As I prepared to write a check for his "initial assessment", I was surprised to learn that, instead of "assessing", he had "FIXED" ALL of the problems! Other companies I talked with wanted to "assess" then come back later to "fix", i.e., "Double Charge"!
My advice -- Call Ezell to repair your power issues before you call anyone else! You'll probably never have to make that second call! Thorough, competent work at a very reasonable price!

Brandon and Josh installed equipment necessary for us to hook up a portable generator. Brandon and Josh were professional, friendly and did not leave a mess. They took the time to explain what they were doing and answer any questions we asked. We will definitely use Ezell Electric in the future.
