Don came to my rescue when another electrician bailed on me. He came over same day we called, gave me a quote on the spot and his team were back the very next morning. Work is impeccable and FAST! Will definitely be calling them back for my next project and recommend Wired Electrical to everyone. Thanks Don!

He seemed like a nice guy on the phone. I made arrangements to unlock the electrical room and have the HOA president there but they didn't show nor did they respond to text messages. It could be an error on my part but the lack of a response to my messages about this incident and the other reviews seem to indicate it is not..

After the purchase of our home, we found that there were multiple electrical issues that needed repair; ranging from outlets wired to wall switches across the room to faulty grounds and a non-working (and non-mounted!!) ceiling fan in my young sons' room. Don came out within just a few days and ended up spending most of the day fixing all of the dangerous wiring issues left from the previous homeowner. He was courteous, respectful, answered all of my questions and made sure that everything that we needed was done and working correctly before cleaning up after the job was done. I would highly recommend calling Wired Electrical, and would not hesitate to use them again in the future!

Our air conditioning stopped working Saturday at 12:30am, but we didn’t know it wasn’t working until a few hours later (9am on Saturday). We immediately called our landlord and she assured us that someone would get in contact with us as soon as possible. Hours go by and we finally hear from the technician. He says he’ll be there first thing Sunday morning (8:30am). By 10am, we hadn’t heard from him, so we tried calling, and he wouldn’t answer. Eventually, he calls us and says he’ll be there between 2 and 4pm. Lo and behold, he didn’t show up again. Monday morning, our landlord calls us and says to let her know if he isn’t there by noon. Of course he didn’t show up. I called him five times at 6:30pm on Monday. He answered two of the times. The first time, he hung up on me. When he finally arrived at 6:50pm, he walked into our apartment without knocking (but of course he’ll tell another story). I was taken off guard and snapped at him (the fact that it was 85 in the apartment didn’t help), so he threatened to leave altogether. He finally completed the job (which took about 15 minutes) and our AC is working. I cannot comment on the quality of the job yet, so if the system fails, I will update this review accordingly. We were without air conditioning for almost three days during the hottest week of the year thus far. Extremely rude, untimely, and unprofessional service. If I weren’t renting and I had a choice, I would never choose this company for any sort of technical repairs again.

I found out that the company I hired to upgrade our electrical panel and service line subcontracted to Wired Electrical and I'm so glad they did! The company that I hired turned out not to be great at communication... at all, and that's where Donald and his crew stepped up. This was very time sensitive because it delayed the closing of our home and caused a little bit of stress. Donald was professional, honest, and helped clear up some miscommunication with the company that I hired. He went above and beyond, even offering documentation to help expedite things along since there was always a delay speaking with the hired company. I wish I would have found Wired Electrical myself and just hired them directly! They will be who I recommend going forward.

Initially we called because our main circuit breaker was going bad. I cannot speak for Donald‘s crews I I can’t say that Donald is one of the most methodical and thorough professionals I have ever seen work. Outside of the breaker previously we have had two electricians re-wire Two switches, one to a light and the other to the fan which I screwed up changing out the color of the switch and the second was the front door lights on a timer. His general response was, these are elementary things are to fix... mind you, however, two electricians have already played with the wires unsuccessfully- and I paid them!!!!! He simply took them apart within seconds rewired and reassembled and bingo! Done & working properly. It may seem elementary, but we have three way switches all over the place and this has muddy the waters. Donald is a master at his profession! Thank you for your brilliant work and efficiency. I almost forgot, he is also one of the only electricians working on Saturday. We may have paid a few dollars extra for the Saturday service but you pay a service call to anyone that comes to your home anyways. Thank you Donald for your stellar work.

The service team was very skilled, efficient and friendly. I truly felt they cared about the quality of the work. I would highly recommend Smart Home Electrical Setvices.

Added outside 200 amp breaker and surge proctor
Removed inside 200 amp electrical panel and breakers
Replaced 200 amp Electrical and all new breakers added another 20 amp outlet under the panel, replaced a ground cable #6 up graded to a # 4 wire.
Job was done well, neat and clean. The electrician did a great job. and a very hard worker inside and out. took about 9 hours.

We needed a new AC. John walked us through the options of parts for old vs. new AC. We went for the new. The problem was we were having our daughters birthday party the next day and had no AC. Cool Comfort worked around that and showed up early before the party started. They were very helpful with scheduling. By the time the party had kicked in, the AC was up and running! Great job! 👍 Thank you.

Their employee Rodel explained all the options concerning my issue and helped me make the right choice for me. I would have been clueless otherwise. He was unable to complete a second issue without a part. He kept in communication with me, came out again and solved my problem. I am very happy with his professionalism!

Needed emergency electrical repair for air unit on Friday afternoon. Smart Home is very responsive and sent someone out within a few hours. Highly recommend Rodel for any electrical services. He is thorough and efficient in finding and solving the issues quickly. Would definitely use his service again.

Needed a new panel, had loose fitting breakers, flickering lights, issues with the oven not working and problems with 240 power to the HVAC systems. I received several quotes and Smart Home Electrical was the fairest. They completed the work exactly as promised, I no longer have flickering lights, the oven works and my AC units are operating properly. Couldn't be happier. Robert was great. Thanks guys!

Had our Single Strand aluminum wire remediation, a few weeks later while moving my Father into his new home we noticed power surges throughout the home. We called and they rushed out ASAP and found an issue with the installation another company had performed and corrected it for us.

The whole team at Smart Home Electric was great! We were only in town for a few days to clean out out condo, as soon as I noticed and HVAC issue, I called Smart Home, they sent a technician out the first thing the next morning, bummer that we had to replace our entire system; but the new system was purchased, delivered, and technicians were on site installing with two hours. They finished up later the same day. They also got and electrician on site to take care of some other issues immediately. We did not have to make any changes to our trip. The technician that came out to install our fans was very professional and did the job with the highest standard of quality anyone could ask for. His attention to detail and care allowed for him to be in and out at no time. He had a great attitude which allowed for a few jokes with no smokes involved and i would recommend him to anyone. Rodel, one of their service techs showed up today after a debacle with Frontier hitting lines outside within 1 hour of calling. The tech was amazing. After Duke did their thing he hung by to check that power was going into the house. Knowing nothing, he explained everything clearly and thankfully said we have power. He didn’t try to fix, sell or tell me anything crazy to get a “charge” out of me. I would highly recommend this company. Hard to find good honest help these days and this gentleman/ company still gives me hope. Truly impressed. Thanks guys!

Lost hot water when you got done installing my Generac. Called to let you know of the problem and with in an hour you had someone come out and fixed the problem. Thank you so much. Will recommend you to other people.
