Frank came out today to look at my electrical panel and provide a quote for an upgrade so a new tankless water heater can be installed. The service was quick, efficient, and professional. Would recommend to others needing an electrician.

Robert was very professional and great communicator. He was also understanding when an emergency came up right before he arrived. He was still able to proceed with the work and was willing to flex to come back to complete but was able to complete that day. In addition, he shared the details how he found the main breaker to be melting and cooking. Arrived just in time when a previous electrician stated all was fine but deflected to another source for the issue. I highly recommend this company not only their kindness but integrity and doing a great job!

Due to the age of my house, my electrical panel needed to be replaced. I got several quotes, and, decided to go with Smart Home (who provided the best quote). Robert just completed the install in the time and at the price quoted. We are very happy with the work performed, and, will keep Smart Home at the top of our list for any future electrical needs that may arise.

I had a very large job, got multiple quotes and Smart Home was by far the best price. Other companies tried to tack on a bunch of extra junk I didn't need done, Smart Home stuck to the work I actually needed.

Robert contacted us in advance of his arrival on time. Quickly located our problem outlet, replaced it, tested our other outlets, circuits and breakers to make sure that everything was working properly before wrapping up his visit. We would call Smart Home Electric for future electrical repairs.

We had an issue with an outlet. Frank was extremely professional when I spoke to him. They were able to get us scheduled the same day. Rik arrived earlier than expected. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue. He, too was very professional. They were so good that we requested quotes for additional work. Thank you!

Robert came out after hurricane Milton to diagnose why some outlets weren't working in our home. He could have been dishonest and took advantage of our not knowing much about electric, etc. Instead, he found that a GFI had been tripped and recommending updating that particular outlet, which was found hidden in the garage. The service fee that was charged was surprising low and we were very pleased to pay what was charged. He also made recommendations for updating the outlets in the home to bring it up to code and providing pricing to do so. This company is an excellent choice for electrical services.

This is my second time using Smart Home Electrical Services. On both occasions the service was outstanding. Everyone that I interacted with was customer focused and extremely pleasant with a special shout out to Robert, Jose, and Carlos. Even more important, their work was super neat and looked absolutely great. All were professionals in every way. In my opinion it doesn't get any better.

Very professional and experienced crew. I had them install a new pool heater and all went well. The extra mile - my large and heavy pool heather was delivered and dropped in the driveway far away from its perch in the back yard. The Smart crew dropped what they were doing an improvised a way to get it to its destination so the job could get done.

Most recent visit to fix some outlets not working and they were on time and very reasonable.

Robert actually showed up early (Not so often when it comes to contractors that that happens😉) and did a great job with the installation. Robert was thorough in testing the share loading capabilities and provided excellent customer service.

Frank was a pleasure to talk to on the phone. He was quick to get my job scheduled. Carlos and another gentleman on the site ( I unfortunately did not catch the other guys name) were very professional, kind and friendly. I highly recommend!

We were having an issue with a breaker. We were worried it would be an expensive fix. Smart Electrical came out and determined it was something minor, got everything working and we were only charged the service call fee. We so appreciate this wonderful, honest service. We were hit hard by Hurricane Milton and were price gauged multiple times. It was such a relief to find an honest and reliable company !

The electrician was fantastic! He really went all out to ensure the best setup for my air conditioner.
