Both technicians were very efficient, thorough, and friendly! We expected our power to be off most of the day, but they were very skilled, knowledgeable and efficient and got the job completed with our power being off a much shorter time than anticipated. They cleaned up the worksite, and it looked as good as before the work began. They were friendly and courteous, and we had several nice, but short conversations. My wife and I would certainly highly recommend Ezell Electric for anyone needing electrical work done!!

said free quote, but when the guy Cole came, he requested a $125 diagnostic fees just to give a quote. Then they slammed me with a overpriced quote hours later so no diagnosis needed to give a quote after all and the $125 needed to give a quote is not true.

Austin was on time, checked in before arriving, and was very nice and super efficient! Our box was replaced quicker than anticipated, he was very professional answered all of our questions and was very friendly. Was our first time needing electrical work done but highly recommend them for any electrical needs!

I have worked with Ezell Electric many times over the last few years, both on my own home and for clients. A couple of years ago I had recessed lighting installed in some areas of my home. Last year a few of the lights started having issues, and Ezell sent a crew out to replace them. Unfortunately, a few weeks ago a few more started failing. Without question, Ezell sent a crew out to replace them. This time, the crew spent some time trying to trouble shoot what might be causing the issue. The ended up replacing ALL of the lights this time, with a different product, at no additional cost to me. They also fixed a light switch that had an issue from the original install that I just ignored because it wasn't a huge deal. Liam and Brandon (or Brendan...I think) were fantastic. They were on time, polite, covered my countertops and protected area rugs, and even though I said I was going to clean up after them they still cleaned and left everything as it was when they arrived. As a Realtor, I work with a lot of vendors and contractors, and many times it's challenging to get companies to come out after the initial work is completed. My experience with Ezell Electric has been the opposite- they are responsive and customer focused. It's easy for people to complain when they aren't happy, but I think it's important to give a shoutout when companies do well- and I appreciate the work they've done!

We’ve had good experiences with Ezell
in the past — they’ve offered fair pricing, been responsive, and provided quality work. However, our recent experience has been a bit disappointing. We’ve had to reschedule multiple times due to miscommunication between the office and technician regarding the time needed for the job. Most recently, we had an appointment confirmed for Sunday, but no one showed up, and I wasn’t able to reach anyone by phone or text. I had set aside time on my only day off to be on-site, which made the no-show especially frustrating.

We really value the relationship we’ve had with Ezell in the past, and I’m hopeful this was just a fluke. I’d be happy to update this review if we’re able to get things back on track with better communication and follow-through.

Update 07/27/25: After sharing my feedback, Ezell was very responsive and quick to make things right. They got me back on the schedule immediately and completed the work as originally planned. Everything turned out great, as usual. I really appreciate their receptiveness and follow-through, overall, a great customer experience.

Excellent is how I would rate Ezell Electric! The electrician text me to let me know that he was on his way, and arrived right on time.
We were replacing all the electrical outlets in our 1960 home with new safer grounded outlets.
Our technician Cole was very knowledgeable and changed them all which gave us a safer piece of mind about our home’s electricity.
