My HVAC unit broke down and Randy was at my house within 30 minutes! He replaced my capacitor fast & we're back being comfortable. Great price to. Randy is super nice & a great service technician. Agreed on a price to install electrical and a dryer vent for a washer/dryer. They told me they could get it done that day. Sent me the estimate and I approved it but didn't here back again that day. The next day I called several times but kept getting Ai instead of a real person. No reply to my emails. Finally got ahold of a person and they said they would come out in two more days. Nobody ever showed up. I was able to call another company and get the job done for less than they quoted me.

Mike was very comfortable to talk to honest, down to earth and willing to explain anything I didn't understand.Told me the issues I had and made sure I understood what was going on.

Mike stopped by and we conferenced Riley in on speaker phone. Mike was courteous, respectful, and very professional. Mike assessed my setup and provided very reasonable pricing on a system.

Their AC repair service was a huge relief during the summer heat. They quickly resolved the issue and restored comfort to my home.

This company has always offered me prompt responses and professional and knowledgeable employees. I called about a loud bang on Thursday afternoon. Dustin arrived at my home promptly, next day..Friday, 6/18. He got right to the problem, found that a UV light had popped & burned. Both UV's were out of warranty after 2 years. We decided to replace both.👌 While he was checking for the source of the loud noise, he found that there was some mold growing in another part of my house that I would never have noticed on my own as it was in a very low, back corner. He has saved me from a much larger problem! Thank you once again Dustin for everything! You know yr stuff! Beau came out promptly and fixed my toilet leak, replaced my vent stack, and replaced my sewer for an amazing deal, stayed until each job was finished, highly recommend Heatwave AC/Heat/Plumbing. He even tested my water and will be having a water filtration system installed

This was a very tough job for our condominium complex when tree roots not only grew in the horizontal sewer line but turned upward growing up into the sewer line from the 2nd story condo. Your plumber found a way to do this job from outside of the building instead of jackhammering the floor of the 1st floor condo and he did it in a handful of hours. He explained everything and provided pictures. I'm so thankful!

Michael came by told me I needed a new electrical panel and gave me a price that’s unaffordable, then never gave me a copy of the estimate , used my WiFi which I’ve since changed my password, so he can’t keep using it!!!! Then the company call to ask me about financing and kept asking me for the estimate that he never gave me!!!!after repeatedly telling her that he never gave it to him!!! Had to hang up on her because she couldn’t comprehend what I was telling her!!!

HORRIBLE company. Save yourself thousands of dollars and do NOT call them. I called on a Saturday, fully understanding and agreeing to the $200 emergency service fee because my house was in the 90s with children and animals inside. That’s an emergency by any decent standard.

I clearly explained to the customer service rep that I needed a qualified technician who could actually fix the AC, not just show up and waste time. This same AC has been “fixed” by this company three times since 2019 since they are the company hired that installed the new unit, and now it’s completely dead again. Clearly, they either don’t know what they’re doing or they’re knowingly ripping people off.

When the technician arrived, he already had an attitude walking up my driveway with a smug look like he didn’t want to be there. I tried to give helpful info from the last tech to speed things along, and his response? “I don’t know why I’m here.” I told your company exactly what I needed. He then asked “What do you want me to do?” Wouldn’t it be to figure out what’s wrong with the air conditioning?! Isn’t that your job?

He fiddles around a bit, comes back with vague “possible” issues, and when I ask if he can actually fix it today, he tells me, “I have to call the office. I’m only working Saturdays for emergencies, not for ACs that have been broken for a year.”

I got a rude, unhelpful tech who did NOTHING, no fix, no real diagnosis, just attitude. This company is a joke. Unprofessional, unreliable, and absolutely not worth a dime. RUN before you end up paying for years of broken “repairs” and zero accountability.

I’ve been living in Building 3 for the past six months and really enjoy it. I was initially hesitant about moving from a condo to an apartment complex, but this place is wonderful, and the staff creates a true sense of community. It’s the people here that make the difference, not just the features of the apartment.

Great team of personnel did a whole house generator install which included the connection for the breaker panel, as well as the natural gas connection. Lucas, MK and his partner( told me his name and I forgot)were all very gracious and thorough in their recommendations and operating instructions.
