Todd and his team have consistently provided top-shelf service over the last 20 years. Randy recently repaired my AC and was prompt, professional and knowledgeable and like the rest of the Gulf Coast team, he went above and beyond!
They have spoiled me and in this day and age when so many service providers force us to sit and wait for them and behave as though they are doing us a favor.....these guys CARE about their customers and this is why I won’t use anyone else! They are the BEST!!!

Had a great experience with Gulf Coast Heating and the team. Randy was the first one I got to meet. He came to give me a quote based on what I needed. It did take him a little time to send me back the quote, but he did apologize and made sure to send it within the week. The quote I got was within my range and I went ahead and booked for them to come on a Saturday. They arrived on time, explained everything, had a permit in hand and all the paperwork needed. Ruben was professional and friendly, as well as the rest of the crew. It took about half a day to install and, what a difference between that and the old unit. They finished and cleaned after themselves. Randy then came to make sure all was done correctly and touched based on what I needed for the warranty and in order to submit my rebates. Very professional and courteous. Thank you!

Used Gulf Coast Heating and AC for maintenance three times now. I’ve always been happy with their work and intend to continue using them in the future. Gabe was the tech who came to my home and did a great job for me.

Gulf Coast continues to do an outstanding job! Our 12 year old unit failed this past week. I called and they had a technician out quickly to diagnose and ultimately install a new unit.

Lesson: Have a service plan with Gulf Coast. It will keep you running as long as possible and then when the time comes, they will ensure you are at the top of the list for anything needed to keep you going and return you to full service. These folks know how to treat their customers. Several years for us and never a disappointment. Great value and their employees are competent and outstanding!

We had Casey out today. He’s great! We had Randy out previously. Also great! Gulf Coast Heating and AC is responsive, communicative and reasonably priced. Will be using them again and adding their annual service plan.

In one visit, Kris from Gulf Coast Heating and A/C was able to identify and solve an issue I had on my mini split that was undetectable and unsolvable by another A/C company and multiple technicians for the last 6 months. Incredible to say the least! I feel very grateful to have a new company to work with that I can trust will provide results.

Randy and his assistant did a great job replacing a defective part in my new AC. Randy diagnosed the problem, ordered the new part and did the lengthy change-out in less than a week. He also discovered a bad breaker in the electrical box, drove to Home Depot and replaced it so the refrigerator would keep running. I'd give six stars if it was possible.

We called Gulf Coast at 3 pm. Their technician Casey arrived within 30 minutes and fixed the issue. Casey was knowledgeable and professional. Would definitely recommend!

Randy, the technician was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He took his time explaining the issue and I will be using him again in the future. Highly recommend him and the company. This is the second time I used this company and Randy as the tech. Randy is super helpful and knowledgeable.

Scott, who installed my mini split A/C system, was very knowledgeable and professional. He was on time and made sure everything was working properly. He made sure everything was cleaned up and any boxes, etc. were taken away leaving my home in great shape.
I also appreciate Randy, the sales person, who came out and explained my options to getting everything I needed and provided me with a professional quote to get the work done!

Casey was a good technician and very polite. I am absolutely dissatisfied with the price I was charged. Not Casey’s call. The furnace exhaust flute had come loose at the ceiling line from the attic flute. To reconnect this and put tape on the joints, they charged me $499. The technician was here a total of 1 hours. Highway robbery in my opinion.

This company and the tech, Casey, did a phenomenal job. They came right on time, were extremely thorough, went over all the options for going forward,and fixed the problem with a plan if there is a recurrence in the future. Highly recommended for your AC needs.

Everything is always great with Gulf Coast. Todd the owner and Randy the Sales Mgr are both so caring and easy to work with. They know their business and do an outstanding job. They are the best. Been a customer for over 12 years. Would not change for anything. Just had a new AC system put in. All great!

A heads up for anyone thinking about replacing their AC or heat pump. After January 1, 2025, all such units will, by law, be required to use a different, more expensive refrigerant.. The added costs of redesigning the units to accommodate the new refrigerant and the cost of the new refrigerant will result in a 15%-20% increase in prices. We had to replace our 14 year old heat pump, and the install was completed today. We had four highly rated companies come out give bids. As it turned out, Gulf Coast Heating & A/C was our choice. Their pricing was in our budget, and Randy was the only one to work with us to find a compressor and air handler that fit the IRS' requirements for a $2,000 tax credit. A tax credit comes off the amount of taxes you owe, not a simple deduction. Angel and Rafe did an excellent job with the installation, which, by the way, is absolutely critical to the performance you will get from your unit over the years....June 13, 2025 I had some concerns about our heat pump's performance, since the temperatures are increasing outside as we go into summer. Tech David came to check things out. His knowledge and thoroughness immediately impressed me. I had already educated myself to a degree about what acceptable readings should be. Everything checked out to our satisfaction, and I learned several useful details about heat pump performance standards that set my mind at ease going forward. I know from experience here in Florida, and with homes that we have owned in other states, that finding a trustworthy, reasonable, and knowledgeable HVAC company is not easy. You need look no further than Gulf Coast to find one that meets those stringent criteria!

I would recommend this company. After a couple of weeks of back and forth (during the time two hurricanes hit) this company kept their word and came back to fix an issue with my newly installed unit. They were on time and made me feel reassured with their service.
It was a trying time for everyone but I’m glad I picked this company to update my A/C, both outside and inside units. You will not regret picking them for whatever job you need done.

We made an emergency call today to service our ac which had stopped working. Casey S arrived shortly after we spoke to the dispatcher. He quickly identified the problem and thoroughly explained what needed to be done to address the issue. He patiently answered all of our questions and ensured we are well prepared to better maintain our ac system.

We very much appreciate his thoroughness, attention to detail, and clear communication throughout the service call. This was one of the best service calls we’ve had with any vendor or service, and we are very grateful his expertise and assistance on a weekend.

This was an excellent business encounter. I got a fair price for what I needed. Details were managed in advance and communication was excellent. My equipment was professionally installed on the day that it was scheduled. The guys cleaned up and put everything back in order before leaving. Oh yeah- there was no pressure for a service contract. Gulf Coast sells you only what you need/want. It’s a relief to be dealt with respectfully. I highly recommend this group.

Randy did a very thorough inspection, as he has done in the past. He is very knowledgeable and respectful. Also he was right on time. We couldn’t be any more satisfied. This is a wonderful company.

Annual AC tune-up, Randy G is absolutely the best HVAC service person i’ve ever had. He is very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service explaining all the meter readings and what they meant.
