I called this company, based upon reviews… They gave me a window of when they’d be here, and were here quick! We were sent a text of when the tech was on his way, and even a tracking link to see how far! We had Jacob R. as our tech, who was very knowledgeable and experienced in his career. He knew the problem right away, just listening to us. He checked everything and let me know what needed to be replaced and what will need attention in the future… He was so friendly and honest! We were very happy with Jacob and the company of Harrington Air Conditioning! Thank you!

My family has used Harrington A/C for 30 years. We just had to install a new system in our home and as usual, they performed with efficiency, knowledge and kindness. Jacob came out to give us a quote, and it was very competitive and I felt very reasonable. Jacob was informed and cordial. The next day, Tony and Mike came out for the install, and were outstanding in their performance. They were helpful in answering our question and did their work professionally and timely. Jacob, Tony, Mike were all truly great. We will always use Harrington A/C.

I am very satisfied with the service I received. The service technicians are prompt and knowledgeable. All my questions and concerns were addressed with language I could understand. Happy to do business with Harrington AC.

Trey was excellent, assessing the problem quickly and jumping right in to solve it. He inspected the rest of the system to ensure there wasn't anything else in disarray. He was professional, friendly and efficient.

Technician was here within the hour after calling to take care of a wiring issue from earlier in the day, causing our AC not to function properly. Everything went smoothly. He identified the issue and fixed it quickly. Very courteous. Thanks.

The 20-year-old tech performed maintenance on our HVAC system this past Wednesday 10/8/25. After checking the compressor outside, he checked out air handler in garage....: (CLOSING EVERYTHING UP.) He came inside and informed us that the UV light in the handler was out and needs to be replaced. I asked why he did not tell us before closing thigs up.... we'd of approved and had it done all at the same time and on same day. He informed us he did not have one on his truck. I am still puzzled as to why he could not have called the office and have someone deliver???
Now we have had to schedule another visit for Friday 10/10/25 and take more time out of our day.

Technician arrived early for a routine system maintenance as requested. Aramis was very polite and helpful, answered all my questions.

I have been a member of Harrington’s AC maintenance plan for several years and have always received excellent service. Jacob conducted maintenance for my AC today and I have to commend him on his knowledge, work ethics, and his pleasant personality. His recommendations for system upgrades to maintain my AC at peak performance are honest and I never feel pressured to buy. I am sincerely impressed with the quality of service and integrity Harrington commits to its customers. Thank you Harrington!

Harrington is the best air conditioning company!! First class service. And join the club to save money!! They also have all the newest gadgets to go your air conditioner!! Adam came over today to perform twice yearly maintenance. He was very thorough and explained everything to us. Harrington service techs are always nice and polite and adam was no exception. My air conditioner loves to be serviced by Harrington!!!

Harrington recommended I replace my AC coil. Charged me $5500 to do it after charging $800 to diagnose the issue. I confirmed with a parts supplier the coil with drip pan only costs $950 so not sure why they charged $5500 because it took a whole 4 hours to be installed by one technician. In the process of replacing the coil a valve in the system “stopped working”. They said it’s not a big deal and they can come back and replace the valve for $1500. When they came back they said now the compressor is shot because of the valve not having worked properly so it will be an additional $7000 to fix both or I can install a complete brand new system for >$10000. AC is still not fixed. What a ripoff!

Horrible experience. We have used Harrington's for years but learned too late the original founder had sold the business but still retained the name. When our new ac unit was installed, it was not installed properly to the drain pump causing leaking into the attic, 2nd floor ceiling and walls. The leak continued down to the 1st floor. "Harrington's" did come out and properly connect new unit to the drain. When damaged was presented along with SERVPRO paperwork, we were told it was not their fault and to be sure and read the contract next time.

I would highly recommend Harrington. I’ve been working with them for years now on my home A/C units and have received wonderful service from the office to the technicians. From repairs to replacements everything has been handled at the highest level of professionalism. Thank you Harrington for always helping me keep my cool!

Once again I am so impressed by the outstanding service provided by Harrington. From beginning to end they are on top of their game always keeping amazing customer service their ultimate goal. This time around we had the pleasure of meeting our technician, Trace Kaufman. He was very pleasant and listened to our concerns. He did his work in good time and then provided us with an explanation of what he had done and what was needed to repair our system. He also showed us pictures as well which really helped us to understand the process. Trace stayed on and completed all the necessary work. He left us feeling confident that the job was done in a professional way.

Harrington is a well run operation all the way from the point of scheduling to the point of service. Justin Murray was my technician and he did a great job of servicing my unit and explaining the current working condition of the unit. He clearly explained the condition of the unit and suggested multiple plans to keep the unit in working condition. I would recommend Harrington to friends and family.

Aramis was great, he installed our blower motor on our A/C unit and tested everything to make sure we had cooling and heating. He was knowledgeable and precise and customer friendly.

I had an issue with my A/C on the early hours of Sunday. Luckily Harrington was able to schedule me on Monday morning. The technician (Adam Cartwright) arrived promptly, and took care of the immediate problem so the unit can be turned back on. He completed the job the next day. I’ve used Harrington for years now, and I know most of their technicians by now. Adam C. it’s a good one. I’m happy with the quality of their service. Recommend.

I have had Harrington Air Conditioning for 15 years and they provide great service! Always polite prompt and very knowledgeable! They installed my air conditioner 15 years ago. And now time for upgrade and they are installing my new one. Thanks Harrington and thank you Jacob for letting me know all my options and explaining everything in detail!🙂
