Lost HVAC in hurricane Helene. It took awhile to get the permit but, once in hand they were here the next day.

Great technician - Spencer
Poor customer service- Two weeks passed without being contacted on the status of a prepaid part and service as to when the job would resume.

Johnny was terrific. He explained everything before he did it and showed me pictures when he was done. He is polite professional, and respectful.

Great experience! John is incredibly knowledgeable and took his time explaining our options. We settled on a Daiken unit that we felt was a great value for the price. Jose and Trevor came out 48hrs later, stayed until 8pm finishing the 1-Day install, and even took a few extra minutes to sweet the last small pieces of dust/dirt off my garage floor. I’ve always dreaded working with HVAC companies, but SMART has made this process painless and dare I say enjoyable. Highly Recommend!!

We have been using smart for the last few years and they are always reliable, trustworthy, and caring. The manager Jared always goes above and beyond when it comes to his customers and is very honest and helpful. The technician we had come out and help us when our ac was out was Spencer and he was incredibly knowledgeable and with speed got our ac repaired. They both were incredible and went the extra mile to ensure they took care of us and do what they could for us. I would highly recommend them for your ac needs because they are the most honest company and do right by the customer.

This is my second involvement with Smart Heating & Cooling, as prior, wonderfully smooth. The tech is really good, clean, neat and considerate. The gentleman sent was a Tech by the name Jared(please pardon if mispelled) was early which I love, very presentable and totally approachable and trustworthy. He identified the problem within minutes and was very professional in his delivery. One of the best customer experiences I have had with contractors, Smart Heating & Cooling, definately a SMART choice, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I called and scheduled a same day appointment as my hearing unit was blowing cold air. John P arrived on time and was able to diagnose the issue. He got my unit back up and running within 30 minutes and set me up with a maintenance plan to prevent it from hopefully occurring again.

The service technician, was extremely pleasant. He was efficient and did a good job on the mainteneance of our unit. I like the communication that I receive informing me of the arrival of the service technician. They were definitely within my time frame which I appreciated, especially at this time of year when people are trying to get ready for the holidays.

Excellent experience with Smart AC! We had our one-year-old Daikin wall-mounted AC unit serviced, and the technician was outstanding. He was extremely thorough — checking every detail to make sure the system is running efficiently and quietly. He explained what he was doing step-by-step and made sure everything was clean, calibrated, and working perfectly before he left.

It’s rare to find such professionalism and care during a routine maintenance visit. I feel confident our system will keep running smoothly thanks to his attention to detail. Highly recommend Smart AC for their quality service and knowledgeable technicians!

John was kind, friendly and thorough. He inspected my AC system inside and out and educated me on proper maintenance and needed repairs. I verified his recommendations and will be using Smart going forward. Other companies just canceled on me or rescheduled last minute, likely because they couldn’t sell me a new system in the spot. After two such cancellations from a large local company I contacted John at Smart.

Update: Had John out again and he replaced 2 UV bulbs and cleaned the outside unit. My dryer vent lint had clogged it pretty bad. Great job! Looks like new! Looking forward to the savings! Before and after pics below. Great price, excellent work!
