Fantastic! Job performed expediently and completed quickly. My only issue was the techs did not speak English. They had someone who they called for communication so it worked but I would prefer someone on site that spoke English. Otherwise, excellent company to do business with. Very responsive to calls and follow up.

Just had a full system heat and AC installed. The installation went very well and we are very satisfied with the unit(s). I can highly recommend their professionalism and the reasonableness of their services.

1/24/25 – SMART Heating and Cooling has exceeded their commitment to provide SMART A/C services: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Timely and deliver outstanding customer service! I had requested AC maintenance services from a few companies and SMART was the ONLY company to respond! The technician, River Holka, was very knowledgeable and professional and suggested a proactive fix for something that could have become very serious and expensive in short order, and that prior companies that had done repeated service never told me about. He provided pictures and a full explanation of the issue with upfront and very reasonable pricing. He had the part on his truck and fixed the unit immediately! What a pleasant surprise! I highly recommend SMART Heating and Cooling and will continue to use their services! Thank you!

company showed up on time, laid floor covering to protect carpet, well oiled machine with one tech installing heat pump outside and other replacing air handler. Both were knowledgeable and professional. They corrected an issue with a shorting wire, would and have recommended to others.

We had a new AC system installed. Jose and his son did a great job. They were early and they got done very quickly.

We arrived home after being away for 2 weeks to find our AC was out! It was 9pm and Mr.Sokol from Smart Heating and Cooling arrived 1 hour Later! I am VERY impressed with the service at SMART heating and cooling! Mr.Sokol was extremely friendly he showed up right at the beginning of our time frame estimate, He did a great job very efficient in diagnosing and repairing our HVAC. I will definitely use this company again in the future!

Technician (Sokol) was extraordinarily knowledgeable and professional. We were heading out to the Pacific the next day and he had us up and running within minutes. He explained the solution in a way we could understand and even recommended additional services that give us peace of mind that while we are away our guests wouldn't suffer the Florida heat - and when we came home, we would be able to enjoy our climate, too! I have to say they followed up (something that people don’t do anymore) . John and Jared were extremely patient with my frustrations. They fixed a problem that I had no hope for. I’m signing up for maintenance plan because they are open when others aren’t. God bless you guys and thank you for making me calm and cool!!!!

Sokol was great to work with. Very professional. Worked late to get me up and running temporarily until new unit can be installed.

Bit of sticker shock at repair cost and new unit. Much higher than I expected. No time to shop around so it is what it is. Owner added pretty big discounts though so that was great!

This is the best AC company I’ve ever ran into. I have been ripped off my whole life with AC guys, and these guys came out when everybody else was telling me I needed to replace my whole unit. It cost me $300 to put a condenser in so then they earned my trust. I called him back today when everybody else wanted a bunch of money, they said It’s gonna be $79 all it is is your air conditioner Froze over from having your windows open during your remodel, they told me just leave it off today and tonight turn it back on and it will be fine. If you are looking for an honest AC company. This is the one trust me they’re awesome.

I've had only great experiences with Smart Heating & Cooling. I appreciate that they text me to remind me when my seasonal maintenance is due and always let us know when they're on their way. A technician named Spencer came out today and he was very kind, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home and work day.
