I replaced my old AC system with Smart Heating & Cooling and I can't say enough good things about them. They did a fantastic job start to finish, punctual, professional and knowledgeable. I live in an older condo and had some odd electrical issues but they were able to troubleshoot and resolve that as well. Thank you to Ani and the entire staff. Highly recommend.

Spencer and Nate were wonderful. They arrived when they were scheduled, were very thorough in explaining my options, and efficient in making the needed repairs. They provided some additional recommendations but weren't pushy about it and didn't use any scare tactics to sell unneeded work. I also think this is the first company that I have used that didn't immediately go to "you need a new AC unit". Thank you for the great service!

We had Harrington install our new a/c system in 2018 and they have been great ever since. We recently had them out to do once a year maintenance on our a/c and we could not be happier. They were kind, knowledgeable, and respectful. It was over all a great experience. They even emailed me pictures of the diagnostics they did on our system. I highly recommend them.

Recently, I contracted with Harrington Air Conditioning to install a new condenser/compressor unit and air handler in my home. Suffice it to say, this is a very expensive project, and a significant factor influencing the value of my home. So, I was quite nervous about moving forward with this project.

First, every time I had contact with Harrington - from my initial phone call to the final inspection - the employees were incredibly polite and courteous. To make an accurate assessment of the type of system needed and its specifications, Barry Creasy conducted a time-consuming, thorough inspection of my home. Then, he provided me with a detailed quote, listing three different options. Throughout the process, Barry was responsive and patient, neither pushy nor aggressive, helping earn my trust.

The two workers who did the actual installation were extremely polite and professional, addressing all of my questions, concerns and requests. These are people you can trust in your home. They worked very hard and I appreciate them very much.

In addition to the installation, there was a long-standing, vexing air-flow issue that needed to be corrected (as air was not properly flowing into my large living room and master bedroom, located towards the back of the home). Harrington addressed this issue, at no additional cost, which included moving two A/C ducts and vents that were incorrectly positioned during initial installation by a previous company. Harrington even patched a large hole in the upper-wall of my garage (per the attached picture), which I did not expect, but certainly appreciate.

Perhaps most important, Harrington did not require any payment, not even a modest down-payment, until the work was completed and I was completely satisfied. This is highly unusual, especially for such a pricey project.

To close, during the 25 years I have owned my home in N.E. St. Petersburg, numerous companies have worked on my A/C unit. Be assured, Harrington is the absolute best. From Harrington, you can expect top quality work, a high level of integrity and responsiveness from skilled professionals, no pressure and competitive pricing. Overall, I am thrilled with the excellent work Harrington did for me, and strongly recommend this company.

Today we had a new a/c system installed, Harrington air always does a fantastic job. They are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They are patient and take their time to explain in detail the process for the day. Tony Case and Michael Roper were a pleasure, they left the job site clean, and took their time to ensure we were 100 percent satisfied. Technician Scott arrived earlier than scheduled and thus saved us the additional, after-hours service charge. Scott was very knowledgeable, polite, respectful of our property and professional. He sufficiently answered all of my questions and explained, in detail, exactly what the problem was and what he did to correct/repair it. After the repair was completed, he checked the overall condition of our A/C unit and offered suggestions/recommendations. All of this was completed in 1-hour and we are now enjoying our air conditioning once again. The final bill was very reasonable, although I was willing to pay a ‘king’s ransom’ to stop sweating and get a cool-night’s sleep.
This is our second, great experience with Harrington and highly recommend their business.

We were very pleased with Trace Kaufman, our Harrington AC service tech. He was professional, prompt, and made the recommended changes to keep our units running efficiently.

Tony and Robert did an excellent job today of replacing my A/C system. Arrived right on time. They were adept at getting both the inside and outside equipment installed. Our backyard access is not easy. They got the new pad and outside unit across my neighbors access and in place. Everything was installed cleanly without damage.

Job is complete and everything works great! Justin was very courteous and worked quickly and efficiently! Only complaint is that I wish they had the needed parts on the truck so they could have finished the extra work at the initial appointment to save time. All in all a very good experience!

I replaced two full systems in my house in one day, a 3 ton downstairs and a 2 ton upstairs. I decided on the Daikin inverter systems and settled on Harrington for the job.

Harrington sent out two teams. They arrived on time and were very professional. They were courteous, asked me if I had questions before they started as well as if I had any concerns. The AC techs were very careful not to damage anything in the house, even covering the wood floors, and they cleaned up when they left.

They even asked my opinion on a component of the install and were happy to answer questions I had. When the system was turning up they double checked everything and made sure I was happy.

The installers Andres and Felipe, and Robert and Johnny were exceptional all around and made this an extremely pleasant experience. Their work was top rate and they were careful to make it also look good!

I was also impressed that Harrington sent out a quality control and handoff team to ensure the system was running and installed properly, program it to my preferences, and to explain how the system worked. Collin was patient and made sure all my questions were addressed after they re-verified everything which I did not expect. It was quite amazing.

Even though it was not required, they installed new drip pans and sensors and did a beautiful job with their connections. It was very impressive. And thanks to Barry from sales for helping make it all possible.

I was so thoroughly impressed, and I am a tough customer! I would recommend Harrington to anyone without hesitation.

Luis was most efficient with checking my new AC unit and helping me to get the correct filter size. He also installed a new slime protection device. As usual I am most pleased with Harrington. See you in six months.

My A/C went out on a Friday night after business hours. Harrington was quick to respond and had their tech Jon Conklin here first thing Saturday. Jon was great. Very thorough, very polite, explained everything thoroughly. Great experience overall- thank you!
