Came back from vacation and my entire system was down. This is a new home that I bought less than a month ago. Louis came out did a great presentation explained all my options. This was on a Wednesday after talking. I decided to purchase a new system. they were here by Saturday. The job was completed the same day I got a fair price. The technician Mario was excellent on site and Mark who helped with the permanent was also fantastic. Can’t recommend this company enough if you need a new system or a repair they will take care of you.

Update: Someone from Joe Cool reached out to "remedy" the situation, but it only made things worse. The representative was dishonest and clearly hadn't reviewed my service history. Despite me explaining that the issue is intermittent, they insisted on sending a tech. When the tech arrived, they quoted a significant repair fee but added a massive disclaimer that their manager explicitly instructed them to write on the receipt that the repair was not guaranteed to fix the unit. They are charging premium prices, but won't stand by their own diagnostics. Save your money and the headache, stay far away.

My experience with Joe Cool has been a frustrating series of broken promises. Despite paying for a subscription, they consistently failed to follow through on their service guarantees and provided conflicting explanations with every visit. To this day, the original issue remains unresolved after they assured me the last repair would be the final solution.

It is truly disappointing to see a business operate with such a lack of integrity and professional accountability. Most concerning is their deceptive billing; they flatly refuse to provide itemized receipts to mask exorbitant labor costs. If you value your time, money, and a properly working AC, look elsewhere.

The installation was flawless, and their attention to detail was exceptional and impressive; installing the compressor unit outside was a tricky evolution because of its close proximity to our pool equipment. John (lead installer) and his team took the proper precautions to ensure everything went smoothly. Additionally, Monica (office) will make you feel like a member of your family, as she is pleasant and willing to help you with anything you need. Communication was outstanding with texts, emails, and phone follow-ups—you will know what to expect every step of the way. And Dylan was thorough in his estimation of our project. Needed a cracked pipe and roots removed that cracked the pipe. They came out in less than 24 hours to assess and came back the next morning to fully complete the job.

The team had great communication and were very knowledgeable.

I have no complaints and will definitely use again in the future.

Today Joe Cool Plumbing came to fix my toilet.
There was a small amount of water behind the toilet after I would flush but I felt that it would not be a good idea to wait.
Joe Cool fit me in when other companies told me it would be
6 or 7 days before they could come out.
Daniel from Joe Cool showed me the issues with my toilet and explained everything to me.
He took photos as well as showing me the issues with my toilet.
Daniel was professional, knowledgeable, on time and very polite.
He answered all of my questions.
He is very good at what he does.
As a new homeowner I will definitely call Joe Cool for all of my plumbing needs.
Thank you to Daniel for doing an amazing job and preventing what could have been a potential disaster for my home.
