I am so impressed with Joe Cool Services. My plumbing went out and they sent someone out the same day. Dale the technician was phenomenal. He went above and beyond what was expected, called me on his way and even offered to pick up Dunkin’ Donuts. He did a thorough investigation found the problem and also recommended services to enhance our systems. At the end of it he even went out of his way to clean the residue out of my bathtub that had washed up. I hope we don’t have any more issues moving forward but it we do I know I won’t be calling anyone else. 10/10 recommended. Dale deserves at least three raises for his great attitude and helpful service.

Dale was amazing! Emergency call at night for a severe clog was immediately responded to, fixed, and done with a smile while teaching us more about our house that we just moved into earlier this year. Highly recommend!

I had this water purification system installed with the assurance it would take care of our hard water and we didn't need a softener. Now six months later, the water is very hard and this system does NOT purify the water in the least. I had a thorough water test from an independent lab and this system does NOT work. Our toilet bowls were turning gray and hard water stains have been a huge problem since I was TOLD this system would not require a softener. I had to buy two new toilets. I have tried to get hold of anyone at Joe Cool to respond, and no one has! I am going to file a claim in small claims court against Joe Cool/Copperpoint LLC. This system is NOT what was promised. I had to get a new water softener system installed. I have been a loyal client of Joe Cool for years, but NO MORE. I am very disappointed. Next step is small claims to get my refund for the system. I have it sitting dormant in my garage, unhooked and ready for pickup from Joe Cool. If you make me go to small claims, I will win.

Joe Cool technician Dylan was very professional and polite. The system was serviced within 30 minutes. After that, Dylan gave me a full report of what was done and what he recommends for future maintenance of the system. There was no pressure to make a decision right away to improve the longevity of the system. I found the entire experience very positive.

Dylan came out right on time. He was so nice and informative. He was able to help me get a discount on the price so I could have heat! Awsome service!

In August of 2024 my Property Manager discovered that the unit (condenser) installed on the roof of our 15 floors building 9/2022 was NOT properly secured as several bolts were missing!!! It has taken me a week of back and forth calls /emails to have Joe Cool to send a technician to fix it. And, they wanted to charge me $80 "trip charge"! Great job :(

David diagnosed the A/C issue right away, and Zack made sure we got service fast. John and Olwith did an excellent job installing our HVAC system quickly and efficiently. The whole team, including the Comfort Specialist, were fantastic. Highly recommend!!!

Our American standard toilet keep running loosing water from tank to bowl. After our plumber looked at it & thought he fixed it to no avail, came a total of 4 times. Then said we needed a new toilet, this one is 4 months old,. We then looked around & decided to call Joe Cool, you sent Jack out. He assessed the problem in no time, ordered the part & in 2 days time had solved the problem. He is great, I would give him a 10. He knows his business plus he is pleasant, an knowledgeable. We will call you company again.

Do no recommend this company, they are into price gauging customers, they charged more then double to do a simple and quick kitchen sink drain cleaning. They also tried to charge 97.00 service charge which is absolute nonsense! I should of went with Mcgill Plumbing they only charged 150.00 to do a toilet clock which much more work ws involved, Joe Cool charged 359! and that with a 25% discount, highway robbery theses guys!

These guys are amazing! From the lady that answered my call, to the original guy that came out and to the plumbers. Alfonso, Wence and Blake. 10 stars for the plumbers. Very professional and super friendly.

Had Dale stop by and and work on a clogged toilet. It turned out to be a bigger issue affecting 4 other toilets. Dale was able to get it fixed and cleaned everything afterwards. Very friendly and respectful plumber. Will recommend

Do not use them for duct replacement. The entire experience made me angry and sleepless for a few weeks. The incompetence with SO MANY little things, the lies, three city inspections, and refusal to simply order custom registers made me wish I never chose them. One service manager was the source of all of this frustration from who he chose to do the work, to telling me the city had no business telling me to demand I should get what I paid for, and all the other issues in between. Go elsewhere for duct replacement.

Dale was incredible! Literally the best plumber I’ve ever had come out to the house. He really knows his stuff and is extremely knowledgeable. Very friendly and personable as well.

Luis came out today to access my ac unit as the outdoor unit wouldn't engage for the second time in a month. He was very thorough and explained how the 2 stage system works and what could possibly be causing the issue prior to beginning. After accessing the unit he again sat down and explained what was causing the problem and what to do to fix it. He took many pictures and showed me what the problem was. He was great in explaining everything as well as answering my questions so I could understand and make the best decision. Thanks Luis for being so wonderful!!!

Beware of This Plumbing Company – Do Your Research!

I wish I had looked at the reviews before my mom hired this company. They have a reputation for price-gouging and making it seem like you’re getting a deal, but in reality, you’re overpaying. Unfortunately, we experienced firsthand how unprofessional and careless they are.

The plumber who came to my mom’s house made an absolute mess. He dripped black water and grime all over the place, left marks on our freshly painted walls and baseboards, and didn’t even bother to clean up properly. He claimed he cleaned up when my mom called the office, but he absolutely did not. I even sent photo proof to the office, and they didn’t seem to care at all. No apology, no effort to make it right—just complete disregard.

To make things worse, the plumber had an attitude and was rude to my mom when she was already stressed from trying to clean up after a recent painting job. Instead of showing any empathy or professionalism, he made a snarky comment asking if we wash our dishes in the small bathroom sink (which we obviously don’t). Turns out, there was grease in the drain causing the clog, but we had no idea. A real professional would have just explained the issue instead of making condescending remarks.

This company clearly doesn’t care about their customers or the mess they leave behind. If you’re considering hiring them, think twice and do your homework first! There are plenty of honest and reliable plumbers out there—this isn’t one of them.

I had a spectacular experience with this company. The salesperson Eddie who gave my quote was clearly intelligent, considerate and thoughtful. They best a quote from my long time company by almost half, explaining how without cutting corners. Their installation team was similar. Experienced, thoughtful of how and why they were doing the work and considerate. I felt very comfortable as a single female alone during the work. VERY fast. I think they left my home cleaner than they found it. They even came back to complete installation of air vent covers in a high ceiling home at no charge, and sent a thank you gift that was appropriate and didn't leave me feeling like I paid more for it. I wish I could give this company 10-stars, which is not my way as I am very particular. It was a pleasure working with them.
