Graham and Randy are both great. They got my AC running again and thoroughly explained the issue and how they fixed it.

Casey arrived on time and checked out the a/c and heating system. We purchased this system from Gulf Coast Heating A/C about 3 years ago. All was good. He is a great representative of your company and we trust his service. He is professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

I called Gulf Coast at the last minute as my app't with my regular service company had just been cancelled , explaining that They were just too busy with emergency calls. I can understand once, but this was the 3rd time. So I decided to give Gulf Coast a call, and they were able to help me and were able to come that very day, as they had just had a cancellation. I think companies should answer emergency calls, but they shouldn't book so many regular calls that the regulars have to be postponed over and over again. Gulf Coast did a great job, and will be my goto company from now on!! Thank you, Sylvia

Their communication was very thorough, Randy the technician not only got me all fixed up, but educated me on the system that the house I just bought has, some of the potential challenges, what I could do about it and how they could help me. They were polite, friendly, respectful, and I look forward to having them take care of my HVAC for as long as I'm in the area.

These guys are AMAZING. They did everything we agreed on and more. Todd, Randy and installers took out my old AC/heating central unit/air handler and put in this highly efficient, Dependable AC/Heat Pump unit while I what is in another country.
Upon my return new WIfi thermostat unit purred like a kitten. There was a glitch in my electrical panel and Randy returned repeatedly so I didn’t have to hire an electrician. Any HVAC installation and maintenance needs I’d call/text/email these guys in a heartbeat!!

Landscappers crushed my coolent lines. I called Gulf Coast. They came out right away, gave me a fair estimate and did the work 2 days later - moving stuff around to squeeze in my emergency repair. Other companies I called were either too busy, or non-competitive price wise. Tech was very professional, and the work looks neat and clean. Will use them again, and will definitely call them next time I need a system replaced.

We had an excellent experience. GCH and AC are trustworthy and honest. Randy explained everything in detail. He was able to repair it and get it up and running quickly. There was never any sales pitch to get a whole new unit like we had received from another company two years ago (6 year old unit). Randy has serviced the unit and it continues to run efficiently. I trust this company and I trust Randy. You won't find better service or honest people as you will at GCH and AC. Thank you GCH and AC and Randy, from my 88 year old mother who is happy with her AC!

Gulfcoast AC and Heating is a great company! They have worked on my old unit and when it was time to replace it they went out of their way to assure I had a portal unit to keep my two goldens comfortable during the installation of both units!! Now fast forward to the last couple of weeks, I have had some weird issues and they have had to come out 3 times each time Randy did an outstanding job of being professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He spent time educating me on the possible issues and then fixed it. Each call was handled the same day which was greatly appreciated! I also had Graham on one of the visits and he was also professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend Gulfcoast to anyone looking for a trustworthy AC company!! I called GCH&AC and was dispatched a serviceman (David) within two hours of my call. David arrived with a very welcoming, warm, and professional attitude. Within two hours everything was squared away and back up and running at peak efficiency. David was very forthcoming with information keeping me informed and up to speed on the entire process and diagnosis, showing me everything along the way. He stopped before each service to check and make sure i knew the price well in advance before he approached a fix and i was very comfortable that he allowed me some time to think about how i wanted to proceed. We are so grateful for Todd and Randy and the incredible service they provided. Our AC had a tough issue, and as a young family it was a stressful situation, but they came in with such kindness, patience, and calm that it immediately put us at ease. Todd (the owner) and Randy (the technician) worked together as a team, explained everything clearly, and never once made us feel rushed or pressured.

As a remodeling contractor from up north, Connecticut, working with Gulf Coast AC has always been a great experience and without any issues before or after. Todd is always there to review and monitor the job. His crew and technicians are skilled and ask questions about issues when they come up before just getting the job done. His crew are an amazing bunch of guys and work hard to do the job and get it done right. Working on old houses is complicated, I know. Gulf Coast is simply the best! We remodeled a house in Dunedin over several years and have had many issues with contractors here along the way. Not with Todd and his crew! They have changed out and installed new systems for us for over 14 years now. Plus yearly maintenance. Pros who take care of their customers! The best.
