TJ and his team are bar none the best in the industry. They came out to my house today to help me with an issue that I’ve been dealing with for some time now. They ended up taking care of the problem same day and for a fair price. TJ was prompt and very efficient with his texting when they were on the way. Very cool feature! TJ came out showed me all the issues with my system, showed me ALL options, (repair and replace) very informative and helpful. I ended up replacing my 10 year old system. Loaned me a portable unit to use until they were able to get out and install the new one (which was the next day). If you ever get the opportunity to use the great people at Flo Rite I strongly recommend it, you won't be disappointed.

We had interviewed several companies before choosing Flo-Rite. We feel they had the best system and warranty available by far. Thomas was very clear and precise and had a lot of experience and knowledge regarding air conditioning systems. We were treated like family and felt they were very trustworthy. Josh and his helper installed our new system and did an amazing job. TJ and Thomas both followed up on the job thanking us for choosing them and wanted us to know if there was anything they could do to help us in the future to just give them a call. This is a 5 star company!

Absolutely great! Definitely would recommend this service to everyone. They came and solved a problem about our air conditioning unit ( drain valve was installed wrong, had a shortage on a wire connecting to our unit). Wow! Talk about excellent service especially in today's world where it is hard to find. Our old heat pump was finally on its last leg and we had 4 companies come out to quote replacement. TJ at Flo-Rite was the most knowledgeable, addressed all of our concerns, and had great recommendations on the latest tech/systems to save energy in balance with value. He answered my many questions over the following days making sure we were making the right investment. We live in a home built in 1936 with central air retrofitted in to an attic with narrow passage so the install was challenging, hot, and timely. The technicians were excellent and stayed positive through an entire day of work on Saturday. I called back Sunday with a few minor concerns and TJ responded immediately and came over to take a look. On Monday he came back to go above and beyond cleaning it up and replacing our own problematic thermostat. I am very glad we selected Flo-Rite and I look forward to having such great service through our extended warranty and beyond. Being new to Plant City and a new homeowner I'm happy to have stumbled upon such a trustworthy and responsive company.

First I am going to say Eugene (sorry if miss spelled) Great person was on top of everything he was great. Very honest. And for the guys that came to do the install, let me tell you very professional and clean, they stayed until the A/C was working perfectly. Great company. I am super satisfied I would recommend it 100%.Now 2024 This time TJ Cordero went to fix my problem with the AC and he is the best I will recommend them anytime. I have absolutely no regrets. It means a lot when the owner is the one doing repairs. They are a very humble company… don’t miss a chance to work with the best company.

I've been using these guys a few years now. They respond quickly. I feel like they give you a fair shake and after 5 or 6 occasions of having them in my home I will vouch for their quality work and integrity. It also seems that TJ has a knack for finding and hiring very personable technicians. One of them, Robert, serviced my unit today. There's a lot of AC guys out there and I'm sure they're good too. But three times in a row now I've dialed Flo-Rite with an unexpected problem and had them be at my house the next day to fix it. That's what buys my loyalty.

We purchased a home in Tampa that had, unbeknownst to us, a broken air conditioner and ducts filled with what at least looked like mold. Our first bid from a different company was for $71,000.00. Fortunately, my realtor recommended Flo-Rite! Thank goodness! We got a second air conditioner and all the duct work at HALF THE PRICE!!! Flo-Rite has been so professional the end result was immaculate, and the air is clean and cool and fresh. One thousand stars for a truly amazing company!

The crew that did the job was great, they came in and started the job right away. They were very quiet and very polite and the finished the installation on time. Gordy is incredible. My AC wasn’t providing any cool air upstairs so he discovered that it had frozen up. He stayed to make sure it thawed out. He found my unit outside had tripped and wasn’t operating properly.

Flo Rite has amazing customer service. They made us feel comfortable about installing our entire system. He assessed the situation and even kept us cool while they installed it all in such a timely manner. I was surprised at how quickly Mr TJ processed everything. They worked very clean as well. They have employees who are very polite and professional. I agree 100% I would recommend them for cooling, heating installation and yearly inspection and maintenance.

I promise that I do not work for Flo-Rite, but I cannot say enough good things about them. When I called them to make an appointment for a “check up” on my noisy whole-house air conditioner unit, the call was answered by a live human being, and they were able to schedule my service for the very next day. The technician arrived on time, was professional and respectful, and serious about discovering why my A/C unit sounded like a freight train every time it came on. It actually took a little time to determine the cause of the sound ( the compressor had a loose connection bolt that allowed it to rub against a copper part). I thought that was that, and he would pack up and leave to go to his next appointment, but that was not to be. He remained, and checked everything else about the system, and I mean everything, and when he was certain that there was nothing else that could be wrong, he left, but told me that that everything he did was now under warranty (and suggested I mark my calendar to call them for another check up in six months. . .before the start of summer). Friendly / Honest / Thorough / Professional / Efficient / Fair. If those are things you want from an A/C service company, Give them a call. I don’t think I am the only customer who got superb service… I suspect that is the norm for Flo-Rite.
