After our downstairs air handler went out, we decided it was time to replace both of our outdated AC units. A friend recommended Flo-Rite and we are very happy we called them. The owner TJ was honest and upfront about the pricing. He explained the best options for our price point while still getting quality equipment. TJ and the two other service techs that came out were professional and courteous. They put down canvas tarps to protect my carpet while working inside. When the manufacturer delayed shipment of one of our new units, TJ and his crew worked late into the evening to finish the install. I can't say enough good things about these guys. From start to finish, they did a great job.

When one of my A/C units recently stopped working I figured I would get a new unit rather than spending more money on the current unit which was 13 years old.
I got estimates from a number of local HVAC companies and accepted the bid from TJ of Flo-Rite to replace the inside central A/C (with gas furnace) and a new external compressor. A special mention to his brother Josh and partner who went above and beyond to complete the installation to our complete satisfaction. Great service and my other unit also fitted by Flo-Rite 3 years ago has never had an issue.
All work was completed to a high standard and based on my experience I would have no hesitation recommending TJ and his company for your next project.

Great Job!! Josh showed up on time and was friendly. He asked what the issues were and I explained and he listened attentively and then conducted his own test to find the problem.
He explained why my unit wasn't coming on and what he would need to do to fix it. He gave me a fair estimate and completed the work in a timely fashion. I was able to ask some other questions regarding filter replacement, UV lighting within the unit and have him check my secondary unit as well.
I am always pleased with the service I get from them. This servicing was at my home and I also have an annual service plan for my office as well and I recommend you ask them about that as well with this Florida heat.

Flo Rite was referred to us by friends who do commercial AC work. They send all home AC concerns his way. I understand why. From my first call to the day of service, TJ was prompt, professional and honest. We couldn't even get our AC guy for our business to come out I'm assuming the job was too small for him but TJ came and serviced our AC which was long overdue. There was no price gouging or hidden costs. I really appreciate his work and we'll certainly be using Flo Rite for all our future AC needs.

These guys rolled up like a military convoy and straight took care of business!! Super professional and clean work! Even went above and beyond by bringing my elderly grandmother a portable ac while hers was off and also trimmed my bushes around the ac ! 10 out of 10 would highly recommend!

yes great job done right and good people yes highly recommend them and the workers were very polite clean and nice did a great job this was a complete install and a big job not cheap but done right the way it should be done and yes i am very pleased with the system and work done will keep them as my heating and ac people

I have to say we were flooded out with hurricane Milton and the first AC company that came out agreed to do the job and never returned. The second one came out and gave us a price triple of everyone else but Flow -Rite AC and heating company responded very quickly and TJ. The owner came out and gave me a quote and worked with me to get this job done. And when Matt, came out to do the job, I was surprised how fast and efficient he was. He was very knowledgeable And helpful and helping me understand the system thank you gentlemen for a great job. I will definitely be recommending you. Flo-Rite was amazing! The lady who answered my call was very nice and had someone out within a couple of hours. On a Sunday! Service fee was cheaper than another company I reached out to. TJ was here earlier than the time slot which was great. He was very nice, helpful and professional! I will be definitely be using them again. Thank you Flo-Rite for getting my AC working again!

This was my first time using this company, I know its not always possible but they arrived a little earlier than my scheduled appointment. My tech Gordy was great, he was very polite and showed me photos as he explained everything he had done on the maintenance of my AC. I will definitely call them again for my AC needs.
