Edit: the same problem is happening less than a month later but now instead of a normal fee to come out, it’s double because it’s not “standard business hours” even though it’s within their posted business hours. That makes me feel like they don’t stand behind their work.

They came out quick and had my air running again within an hour. Price seemed fair and the tech was professional. He clearly explained the problem and what he was doing to fix it. I really like that they text you the name and photo of the tech ahead of time so you know who’s coming into your home.

I have known Alan for 40 to 50 years! The work by Hector on our air conditioner was outstanding! Cornelius was wonderful in assisting on the telephone also! I called and they were at my house less than 45 to 60 minutes! I have asthma and that made it better! They did things to my unit that other companies NEVER did and took care of the problem! Roommate attempted to install a new thermostat and when done, the heater wouldn’t work. I called Alan’s and the tech came out and corrected the wiring and programming. Fast, efficient and affordable.

We got a mini split a/c and couldn't be happier. Alan's A/C was very responsive from the initial quote through the installation process. They were even able to install it a week early, which was amazing! Everyone was very nice and professional. Due to the weather and an unexpected issue with a wire the install took 2 days instead of 1, but they came back first thing the next day. Although the price was high, it was the lowest of three bids and it's a Mitsubishi. The unit itself is soooo quiet and keeps our room very cool. It went from being the hottest room in the house to the coolest. Definitely recommend Alan's A/C and the mini split they installed.

First time using Alan’s Air Conditioning. Needed a service call for an air handler leak and they came out the same day! Very knowledgeable, prompt, and excellent customer service! Owner himself came to make sure everything was good! Highly recommend!

Great, honest, customer service as usual. I normally only want Matt to come and service our ac unit. However, I didn’t not ask for him this time. Ykeem service our unit this time. He was so personable and walk me through the process and explained clearly what the cost would be. Replaced my a/c and added a UV light. Also replaced my ductwork. They were fast, fair pricing & quality work!! Will be using them for all my ac projects in the future!

This organization charged my elderly mother $400 for a repair that was supposed to be covered under warranty. There was no itemized bill provided to explain why a warranty repair would cost so much; the invoice only stated “$400.” This company took advantage of an elderly woman who was in a home that was extremely hot at the time, and that is unacceptable.

To the technician who did this to my mother: I sincerely hope karma never allows anyone in your family to be taken advantage of in the same way.

I strongly advise older individuals—and their families—to make sure someone else is present when this company sends out a technician, so they can ensure their loved one is not being exploited.

I could not be more happy with Alan's Air-conditioning Service. My home system is still under its 2 year warranty and Brian (owner) came out the same day I called about an issue with my unit. Everything was covered at no cost, since my warranty was still in effect. Furthermore, Brian came back out to follow up and make sure my system was still doing okay. Brian and his entire staff of technicians have always treated me with kindness and are very informative. Lastly, the office staff is always kind and make sure my questions are responded to. I highly recommend this company and their team. 🇺🇸

AC technician Hector Perez came to diagnose why my thermostat kept on turning off and he identified and fixed the problem in less than 15 minutes. Hector was respectful of my property, worked fast and efficiently, and provided valuable advice before he left my home. Hector and Alan's Air Conditioning were great!

Alan's AC was quick to respond & fix my AC this summer.
I originally called them to repair issues caused by a previous company. They did a fantastic job, so I ended up going with Alan's to do the complete replacement of my homes ductwork. (I had been putting it off for a while because of a prior company's quote)
Thankfully, Alan's quote was not only lower, but they had an incredible warranty package available. Their financing option made the process very stress free for me. I was very happy to find out they offered attic insulation packages too since I had already priced that out myself-Two birds, one stone!
The crew was respectful of my home and, more importantly, my doggies! They were efficient and pleasantly surprised me with their turn-around time. The crew always communicated with me on arrival times and when they were finishing up. I was in and out throughout the days & was grateful to be able to trust the crew in my home no problem. They had even brought in portable AC units while this big project got completed.

The crew showed up on time and were very courteous and polite. They put a drop cloth down to protect the floor and the even rolled back my bath mats to keep from getting them dirty when they use the bathroom. The guys were fun and funny and we all enjoyed listening to music from the '80s that I put on the TV. They cleaned up outside once they were done and you couldn't even tell that they were there. More employees should be just like these guys absolutely wonderful their boss should be proud of them they were excellent gentlemen.

Never heard of them before but glad I do now. Swift and responsive. They were able to get a technician to my home within 1 hour! I had an air handler drain pipe leak and they resolved it very quickly. Reasonably priced and even offer Active Duty Military discount which is a huge plus. Very courteous and professional. I will be using them for my routine service maintenance all future needs.

Definitely recommend Alan’s! Brian (owner) is super knowledgable, gave a great price on a Ruud 5 ton heat pump system. Had ours installed today in one day. The crew was fantastic as well. They replaced the hurricane pad, re-piped the system, added a new hanging brace, taped and insulated all the new piping. Very happy with Brian and his team!
