We met with Justin who reviewed our existing system and he thoroughly explained what they would do and then provided a detailed quote. The installation was done in one day. We had an issue the first evening and Justin was there in the morning to make some adjustments. Great cool air. Justin did not oversell or undersell. We are very happy with choosing Alan’s AC.

Alan's has once again provided us with prompt, knowledgeable service. We are grateful that they were able to come out right away, especially on one of the hottest days of the year. Jon (Johanes) is very pleasant, fixed our issue quickly, and is a great representative of this company. We highly recommend them for air conditioning repairs.

It’s not often you call for service on a Saturday and get assisted by the owner. (Brian). Throughout the weekend he messaged me several times to discuss a new heat pump system. The next week we got a Trane unit. Sal and Anthony were great with the install and answering our questions. Terry and Dylan in servicing are also very helpful. Today we received a hand written thank you note in the mail. Little gestures go a long way with me. We are extremely happy with our new unit. Everyone at Alan’s goes above and beyond and we highly recommend. Thank you Brian and team!!

I called them this morning and was told they couldn't service me until late morning. They arrived early which was a pleasant surprise. Johannes was the tech that arrived and was a great representative for the business. He's a knowledgeable professional and a good witness for the lord. All around fantastic experience.

Excellent Service! Called them at 10:00am and they were able to come on the same day an hour later. Repaired a faulty capacitor on my condenser unit on the spot.

Alan’s Airconditioning is fantastic. They always respond promptly & provide picture of technician responding to your repair. I highly recommend them to anyone with A/C problems. Great company! Ethan the best technician in my opinion.

Alan’s air conditioning service is top notch! I was scheduled for a same day repair. In less than 2 hours of my AC being down it was up and running. Joshua the Technician did an awesome job, very professional and friendly. He was very knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

I’m so grateful for Alan’s AC company! They came out today and fixed my AC just in time—it’s been incredibly hot this summer, and I really needed the help. The service was fast, professional, and very friendly. I was also happy with the price—it was fair and affordable. They even went ahead and booked me for a maintenance service next week, which gives me peace of mind. Highly recommend them if you need reliable and honest AC work!

Sam gave me my choices, given my 9 year old units evaporator coil needed to be replaced, and I chose a new unit that was not a goodman. Jay and I believe Jacob (not the best with names) did a great job and we're very professional. Arrived at 8:30am and were there the entire day. Used existing copper lines but ran new drip pipe installing a 3 ton 15 Seer Ruud for abt. 5-6k. Brought all the electrical to code, left the place clean and answered all my questions. Will definitely recommend.

I have been using Alan's air for three years now. I have never had a bad experience with them. Today we had Joshua and he fixed the issue with the upmost professionalism and expert care.he is a troubleshooting genius. It's nice to know that they don't play the upcharge game.they do there best to save you money. And they provide quality service. They are my go to guys.

Alan’s installed surge protectors on my outside and inside units. Not only was the service professional and courteous, the service I received was exceptional. The unit communicator sold with my home new, had been fried due to a storm power surge. The owner, Brian ordered a new system communicator, professionally installed it and had the system running the NEXT DAY. They got me a portable unit to not die in the summer heat and they came and installed the surge protectors the same week. Needless to say, the storm last week would have surely killed my unit again. While I wasn’t expecting the additional cost of the surge protectors, having been educated by the staff, I am so glad I got them because the storms we have experienced and continue to experience. Thank you guys. I appreciate your professionalism and hard work.

We had an Excellent experience with Tech Dylan Southern. He was pleasant, honest, professional and efficient. Our problem was FIXED the next day(with an ordered part) after another company was Inefficient and Untrustworthy……He answered all our questions. I have owned my house since 1994. The previous owner used Alan's Air Conditioning, so I just continued using them as well. I have always been happy with the service I have received from them. Now it has finally come to the point where I must replace the entire AC system, (both inside and outside units). I had gotten several quotes. Alan's Air was the most affordable, with the same warranties as the other quotes. One of the other places that I contacted for a quote told me that I was getting a great deal, that he couldn't match the price I was getting and that if it were him, he'd take that deal too. Katie, the office manager, is always polite, professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. If she didn't know the answer, she would find it and always got back with me. Brian is extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk too.The entire installation was done yesterday. The two technicians even installed a french drain for the AC drainage line. It looks very nice. I am very happy with the install and especially the customer service.

Alan's AC is always professional and knowledgeable. Ethan came out today just to service the ac for the yearly check, but answered all of my questions, and helped me very much. Definately recommend!

Johanes came out within an hour of calling, advised about the issue, and also identified an issue with the drain float sitting above the pan and had it fixed in 15 minutes. This was an issue which had persisted undiagnosed throughout multiple tech visits.

Power fluctuated on and off due to thunderstorm, which knocked out my A/C on a Sunday holiday weekend. I called them and was expecting to wait a couple days in 90 degree weather before Alan’s could get to it. But they gave me a reasonable priced option, which I accepted. They got to my house a little after 5 pm, it working within an hour. I am very happy with the service. The technicians were very nice guys too.
