I used their services based on recommendations on the Grand Hampton FB page. We initially had an issue with a blockage in the AC drain pipe. Lance and his colleague dropped by since they were in the neighborhood. They drained the pipe, and wouldn't charge for it. I asked them about putting in a new pipe. They gave me a most reasonable price, but weren't trying to sell it. I pushed for having a new pipe put in. Lance and his colleague came in today and did an excellent job within the shortest amount of time, at a very reasonable price. They even painted the PVC pipe to match the exterior house color. I have been extremely satisfied with their services. I wish I had hired the services of this company many years ago. I would have saved myself many thousands of dollars. I would highly recommend their services to everyone.

Josh and Eddie arrived the next day, quickly identified the issue, and replaced the fan the very same day. This was my second time calling this company, and both experiences have been absolutely incredible. I feel confident saying: this is the right team to trust for your HVAC needs.

I was dealing with frozen coils, water damage in the ceiling below the unit, backed-up pipes—the list goes on. They came out the same day I called, within just a couple of hours. Not only did they fix everything—AC blasting again, pipes cleared—they stayed until I had all my questions answered and even walked me through what to do next time something happens.

I’ve NEVER worked with a more attentive, efficient, and genuinely kind company. They’re responsive, thorough, and most importantly, reasonable. They never took advantage of the urgency or the long list of issues. I would recommend them to anyone.

Bruce provided me with a very fair price for a new AC system. The two men who installed the unit were very easy to deal with. They took precautions to keep my home clean during the installation including drop cloths and booties. They explained how everything works and left my home spotless.

Dylan Southern was amazing! I could not recommend this place more. I’m a new homeowner and Dylan took the time to explain how the ac system works and went above and beyond to help with figuring out what was wrong with the AC and explaining what he was doing and the cost before doing it. Alan's repaired all the horribly installed things and cleaned everything that wasn't done properly from previous companies.

I cannot truly express how grateful my family is for their expertise, honesty, and reliable service!

Just amazing: when my A/C died on Saturday night, my regular service couldnt come until Monday. I called Alan’s, and they arrived less than an hour later, got everything running, even had the supervisor onsite to help.
Can’t say enough about this team!

These guys are great. They came same day I called and within hours. They were fast and efficient. Fixed and running great and price was very reasonable. Johanes was very polite and courteous. I highly recommend him.

They put a new A/C unit in my home the next day after mine went out and even waived the charge to fix my old one. Absolutely great service, there were 5 different service techs here (2 for the service on old ac, 3 techs to install new A/C next day) communication throughout the company was great, I did not have to tell them anything, they knew exactly where each left off. The price for my unit was by far less expensive than the estimates I had gotten over the last 6 months. (I knew it was on its last leg). They had it done quick, answered all my questions and clean up was outstanding.
Thank you Alan’s for making such a huge investment easy to handle with no pressure or hidden costs on anything.
