My a/c died a few weeks ago and I started the tedious process of getting repair quotes versus replacement costs. There were several decent organizations that responded to my inquiry here on Google, but TJ with Flo-Rite took it to the next level. He responded almost immediately and treated me like a real person and not a potential dollar sign. He arrived promptly and we ventured around the inside and outside a/c units and discussed options; all the while he was explaining to me how the system worked, how mine failed, and pointers for future maintenance. Flo-Rite's offer was extremely fair and we moved forward with the installation of a new system. The team showed up as planned and got started right away. They were here about half a day and the new equipment is awesome. The guys were all very knowledgeable and friendly and took extra steps to keep my house spotless and cleaned up everything once they were done. I cannot say enough great things about this experience and highly recommend Flo-Rite Air Conditioning and Heating for your a/c needs. Thank you TJ and team for treating me like a neighbor.

Update: 10-15-2021… I cannot say enough great things about Flo-Rite. I have been a customer since 2018. They always answer the phone or return a message; they are always flexible with scheduling; they always provide the best customer service whether repairing or just maintaining; their pricing is super fair and easy to understand and I highly recommend this team for any/all HVAC work. TJ, Joshua & their crew showed up when promised and completed the job in a timely manner. They were very knowledgeable & gave us multiple options.

I cannot say enough for the quick response and the professionalism of the men at Flo Rite. My equipment was still under warranty and they replaced the broken part and did a full review of the rest of my system.

Gordy was our service tech. He did an exceptional job, he was thorough, knowledgeable & answered all questions, he did several inspections/test to assure that our heating was working well. Based on the wonderful service that Gordy gave us, we highly recommend Flo-rite for all HVAC service. We’ve had our unit for 4 plus years. Flo-rite installed it and service our unit on a regular basis. We usually get service within right away upon calling them. They are available 24-7. Flo-rite is our go-to company.

They came out same day when I call for and estimate and had it installed with in a couple of days. Great customer service and great value and explained everything to me. I would refer to anybody I know.

Gordy was super nice, professional, and takes pride in the way he leaves the job site. Katelyn at the office was fast and polite. Very impressed from install 5 or 6 years ago, to replacing an electrical component. Fast and affordable. Good company.

I called at 4 o’clock on a Sunday afternoon, and he was here probably within the hour. The service person was very nice and polite and was able to show me the problem and fix it. it was a relief because our heat stopped working on one of the coldest days of the year.

Chuck was great. He was able to see me very fast, on time and great service. He was real knowledgeable and gave great advice for at home maintenance and trouble shooting if something happens again

My AC wouldn’t turn on and it was 90 degrees outside. After trying everything on the internet I had to give in and call for help. The response time was incredible! Within 1 hour the problem was diagnosed and solved! Chuck did a great job, he knows what to look for and doesn’t waste time.
I will definitely be using this business in the future.

I was having a problem at 9 at night last night and I called Hearts Heating and Air and Amanda answered and was very polite and Chuck was at my house in about an hour(I couldnt believe it) . He was very professional and definitely knew his job very well he replaced a part on my unit and now my house is freezing cold. They You Chuck and thank you for cold air!!

I was told that the tech would be there Friday to do the repairs between 1 and 3. Then Amanda called and said it would be between 3 and 4. He never showed up on Friday. He was to replace the compressor (Which was under warranty) and I was quoted $600. Maybe a little more according to the amount of coolant needed. Amanda seemed very knowledgeable about her business. The tech showed up the next day and the bill was almost $1,200. Quite a big difference.

Chuck has the best knowledge and wisdom for all Air Conditioning needs. Amanda is very pleasant to speak with. I highly recommended them to anyone looking for HVAC services.

We used Hearts to install a brand new Heat and Air system as well as recently troubleshoot the unit and Chuck was on site the same day to fix the issue! Can’t recommend enough!
