My AC stopped working Tuesday sometime in the afternoon or early evening. I’m not sure which as I wasn’t home but my son had told me it wasn’t working and was extremely hot. I immediately text asking for a call back Wednesday morning and within 10-15 minutes, I received a callback and was told it would be taken care of first thing in the morning. Justin was prompt and took care of the issue. My AC is up and running again. Thank you guys!

Great local family owned business. I've been a customer for years & highly recommend Creamer's A/C. I needed service after hurricane Ian, texted Creamers & they texted me an appointment for next morning. Wilson showed up, determined the problem & ordered the fan motor. They picked up the motor, installed it & had my A/C working by early afternoon the same day. They finished even though I wasn't home! Old school customer service greatly appreciated.

Our house wasn’t cooling as it normally did in the warmer temps. Wilson arrived just as they had scheduled. Diagnose the problem and found we had multiple leaks in our interior fan coil. New coil has been lined up and will install next week. Great job and love working with these guys.
