Highly recommend this company. They installed my new system at a very fair price Spring 2021. They were on time, efficient. Did not interrupt my day as a remote worker in any way. There was an issue with the thermostat. Came out and solved that at no charge. Had an issue with mold in the drip pan due to heat in attic. Came out and solved that by adding a UV light. Showed up within a couple of hours and did not charge for that service event. Came out recently to service the system. They are always polite, efficient and time responsive. Would give more than 5 stars if possible.

Very professional and more than timely. Techs showed up a day after requesting availability. Would definitely recommend for your ac needs. 10 star service at a reasonable price.

They need to be more upfront. Let customers know there is a service fee. Charged me and did no service to my A/C other companies let you know what is wrong no charge. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

Justin was very responsive to my after hours call. He set up a time for the next day around noon. Which was okay because it wasn't something that I needed him to come out right then. He set the appointment at noon and I asked him to give me a heads up before he came so I could leave work. And sure enough right at 11:30 he called and said he was 30 minutes out. So very prompt response. Took him about 5 minutes to figure out what it was and about 30 minutes to fix and we were both on our way.

I called about a awful smell when the heat was on. It didn't go away after a few days. Justin and his dad scheduled me for the next day, but they were concerned about the problem and came the same day to fix the problem! Thank you! Great job!

We were so impressed with the quick response. Sam came right out, we still haven’t heard from the first guys we called. The installers were great, very knowledgeable and professional. I got several quotes and Gould’s beat the other guys by thousands (not hundreds, thousands). Great company
