Gould's AC has always me with provided me with prompt service and fair pricing. I use Goulds on all of my new construction and renovated homes.

Response time was exceptional.
Repairs were done extremely quickly and very professional. Without hesitation I would highly recommend goals for future air conditioning sales and repairs.

Blower went out. Was put on the schedule within just seconds of calling. Tech was out within two hours. He took the extra time to look into a warranty claim for us. Definitely recommend.

These guys are pretty cool. Gave me an honest diagnostic. Provided a helpful service plan. Executed repairs in a timely fashion.

Quick response and the service call was over and done in no time. The tech was very pleasant and plays well with animals. We are no longer sitting in an 86° death sauna, so it was with every penny, and with almost no wait at all.

We had a great first experience with Goulds! I spoke with Torie twice, first to schedule and then I needed to adjust my appointment,
they were very accommodating. Our tech Joey was on time, quickly did a service on the unit. He offered some maintenance advice, and answered all my questions. We had a great experience and plan to use them again!

I had given Goulds a 5 star review until I called them a week ago and they came to my home and told me I needed a new 5 ton system and that my system had not been registered with Lennox and my warranty was only 5 years not 10 years and my unit was 8 years old.Well it turns out I was lied to by their technician who told me my unit was out if warranty. Chuck turned out to be a total Lie
I got a 2nd opinion and found out that my unit was still under warranty. It turns out that the technician who I won't name was only worried about his commission instead of taking care of the customer
So my quote from Goulds was 9799.00 and I had the unit fixed for 2300.00 under warranty
So my opinion of thus company went from 5 star to 1 star and that star us a gift
So the morale of the story is get a 2nd opinion because not all people are truthful

I love Gould’s air conditioning. I especially really appreciate Sam!! I can trust that he will fairly evaluate my issues and recommend ONLY what I actually need. He is terrific!!

We were having problems with are A/C unit for our home and calling Gould's A/C was the best decision! Sam arrived to evaluate our unit, he was professional, informative, kind, and most of all not pushy like other a/c companies. He diagnosed our problem and provided options, educating us to make the best informed decision. We decided to go with a new unit. The installers Aubrey & Tye did a great job!

I had a service call today due to thinking my heat system was working differently. Tori in the office took excellent care of me by updates and when the tech was arriving, called to be sure my service was what I expected, Service tech was top notch and looked over the unit and found out the thermostat needed updating. He fixed the problem,showed me what i needed to do to fix it.Very Happy and I still stand by this:

When you are fairly new to Florida and have no idea who to trust it is hard. These guys came highly recommended by co-workers and did not disappoint. They team did a great job from the 1st call with the owner Tony to the technician and the installation team. New 3 ton A/C unit. We did get many quotes and this was by far the best! I called to have my very old unit serviced, in hopes I could get it in good enough condition to pass inspection for sale. From the first point of contact, all the way through finish, ( which ended up being a new unit installation) I was extremely pleased with customer service. Sam was amazing, he had to break the news to me, he was kind, courteous, honest & knowledgeable. He even followed up after install today. The guys who installed, were also very pleasant & did a great job! Thank you to all involved in making this a less stressful time for me!
