Brian arrived on time and performed his checks on our three units to prepare us for the fall. Great folks work hard to keep us comfortable. Leah, the Customer Service rep, always answers with a smile and can do attitude personifies professionalism and great customer relations. Five star company!

Matt was excellent showed up quickly and was able to resolve the issue fast and reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with an AC issue.

Matt came out in a Sunday morning because his tech was scheduled all day
and he found the problem and got my system running again in about 30 minutes.
I would highly recommend his company.

Matt and Bryan, the owners of this place, are really cool and down to earth! They'll tell you how it is and really explain the issue in a way you can understand. Not only that, they told me about stuff I didn't even think about and helped me find a solution that best fit my needs. Also Leah, she works in the office and is super sweet and always very helpful and extremely knowledgeable in AC. In Florida, it's hard to find a good, honest AC company but I must say... they have nailed it! I highly recommend them to anyone!!

My thermostat went out last night and I called and left a message. I got a callback first thing this morning to set up an appointment. I got one for 2 P. M. and Brian was right on time. It was a clogged drain line and he had it cleared in less than 15 minutes. Brian is always so efficient and gets right to the problem. And since he was here doing his biannual service a little while ago he didn’t charge me anything. Whereas some other company would’ve charged a service call or more. I tell you, First Response is THE best HVAC company around.

I used the “Text A Tech” service this AM and cannot rave about this enough. Bryan C was incredibly professional and super efficient in helping me troubleshoot the problem. I wish every A/C company had this service!!! Thank you again

After this terrible event with Milton, my a/c system and ductwork has to be replaced as I am sure many do. I called Matt on Sunday morning, left a message expecting it would be quite some time to hear back because of the workload. He called me in FIVE minutes!
He was so helpful and understanding. He expects to have someone at my house to assess the situation to prepare for the work. He said he thinks it could be done by the end of the week!
He surpassed my expectations by far.

Brian did a great job installing two soft starts on our AC units. He was professional and shared his knowledge of generators with us.

October 2024: Matt and his team (Bryceson and Daniel) did a fantastic job on my new install. Everyone was incredibly professional, clean, and efficient with a 24 hour turn around time from estimate to install. Would absolutely use these guys again and wouldn’t hesitate to refer them.

June 2025: Edited to add, I had to call Brian and team back approximately 8 months after my install as my thermostat was giving a no power error message. Brian walked me through the fix on FaceTime on a Saturday evening. Could not ask for better help or service and so thankful I was referred to these guys for my new unit.
