On vacation, learned my AC had died. Gerald and his team provided installed a new AC unit, fair price, quick turnaround and were very professional! All while I was out of town! They are my go to from now on!

Can not say enough about SOS and Gerald. We have had a cooling issue in two of our bedrooms since the units were installed 14 years ago. We have had a number of companies service the units over the years. Gerald was the FIRST TO FIGURE OUT THE PROBLEM!! Super responsive, affordable, trustworthy.

Many thanks to the SOS AC team—Miguel and another technician (sorry I didn’t catch his name) came to my condo to replace the AC. They worked professionally, and Miguel clearly knows what he’s doing—very experienced and efficient. I appreciated their work and hope they didn’t mind me observing and occasionally asking questions. I just wanted to understand the process better. Great service overall!

Out of all the companies I called for an estimate on an AC install S.O.S AC were the only one who called back promptly. I’m happy they did . Gerald the owner gave me a free estimate. He was professional , accommodating and patient. He is a small business owner and the attention I got reflected . The work was A+. He did not up sell me on anything . As a matter of fact, he Used my old high end thermostat, which is a good one to save me on cost. A++ would recommend S.O.S to anyone who wants a professional HVAC

Gerald was great. Very honest, responded to my call right away and easily identified the issue with my AC system. I would recommend him and his company to anyone who needs help with their AC.

We have an older AC that has been worked on by many previous AC repair people. Gerald came in and resolved a lot of the previous issues and got our AC working better than ever. He is quick to respond and was able to repair our AC in the same day.

Coming from a first time homeowner who was immediately quoted a unit replacement for 10K two days after having closed on our home by a highly rated on Google “big” company, man was I glad I was given Gerald’s contact info. He immediately identified the problem part, replaced and in less than an hour had our AC cooling again for a fraction of the cost I’d quoted. Please, please, do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time with the “big” AC companies. Go with S.O.S AC! They are great, friendly, on time and just as an added bonus, a local family business of father and young son. I could be more happy with their service.
