I called All County AC Repair for annual service. Joe was the name of the service tech and he was here about an hour. When he left my A/c seemed to work more effeciently than before even though my unit is very old. Very happly with service.

Joe is a very experienced guy. He checked my A/C unit and given the age and condition he recommended a replacement instead of ripping me off. I appreciate an honest guy and not someone looking for a quick buck.

Early in the morning my air conditioner stopped working. I freaked out a bit, because its summer time. I knew the house would get hot really fast. I decided to call an air conditioner company we previously used. When I called, the woman who answered was extremely rude. She stated that she couldn't get someone to my house until Monday or Tuesday. I said your service is supposed to be available 24 hrs a day. She replied that even though our name applies that, we are not. We don't do service calls on Sunday. I said my grandfather gave your company a lot of money for your services, and you can't give me an appointment today. I said I know for a fact you do service calls on Sundays, since my family and I used you before on a Sunday. She's replies with we don't. I hung up. I found I had spoken to their call center when I called back later. She had no right giving me that information. She was supposed to give the message to the office when they opened. The office would have then called back and given me an appointment. I am going to get a call from the supervisor tomorrow about this matter. And today my friend'a AC stopped working. She called that same company, and they came out and fixed it. I then decided to google 24 hr air conditioning service to find another company. All County Air Conditioner Repair popped up in my search. I called the number listed, and Joe answered. He's the owner. I was freaking out about my AC, especially after the issue with the other company. He calmed me down, and explained he couldn't come until the afternoon. I got frustrated that he couldn't come in the morning. He then asks what is your AC specifically doing. I said it wouldn't turn on, and the unit outside wasn't on. He said go to the unit inside. He said do you see a PVC pipe? I said yes. He said do you see the white plug on top with a black wire? I said yes. He said pull it out, but don't pull the wire. I did, and the AC turned on. He said your pipe is clogged. He said keep it unplugged, and it will stay on until I can come later. He said he would be to my house around 1pm. He then called a little bit later and said he was running behind, because he had to fix three units before mine, but would be there later. He called at 12:30pm as well, and said I'll be there before 2pm. He came just before 2pm, like he said he would. Anyway, he flushed my system out. He then told me every month to mantain it myself by turning the unit off. After that, put four cups of bleach and four cups of warm water in the pipe. And then just wipe the pipe clean to get any excess water out. This is the best air conditioning service I ever received. He was very good about keeping me updated about the time he would arrive. He also got my AC to work before he could come to my house. He also didn't over charge me. And at the very end he shook my hand. I would recommend him to anyone needing an AC fixed in a timely matter, by someone extremely knowledgeable that's not going to screw them over with a diagnoses or a price.

I was having major issues with my central air system and kept paying and paying with another company (who i won't name) until finally i decided to contact All County based on some friends recommendations. They immediately diagnosed the problem, ordered my part and got it done the next day. it was a frustrating beginning but ended good, i'll probably never use anyone else again. Look no further..Call Joe at All County. Read the great reviews and decided to call company for a leak due to a clogged drain. Joe showed up on time and diagnosed a bigger problem. The unit was not turning off and the fan kept blowing. Fixed it and explained everything along the way. Super nice and professional! Price was fair and reasonable. I will use All County in the future for all my A/C needs!!
