Joe is very knowledgeable and friendly. His service was a bit pricey ($250 for about an hour plus a $5 part), but he answers his phone when you call and offered us same-day repair service. He was also honest about what part was failing, which is priceless if you stop and think about it. Some guys might say "looks like your whole unit is shot", but he's not one of em. All in all I will use his service again if our AC has more problems. Thanks Joe :)

We had spent 5 days without our air conditioner working because the original ac repairman couldn't find the problem and just added Freon that didn't last. I searched for a new ac repairman online and called All County. I spoke to Joe who was caring and friendly and seemed genuinely concerned. He wasn't available until the next morning (totally understandable) so we made an appt for the next day. I hung up and was dreading another evening of sticky heat and not 10 minutes later the phone rang and it was Joe from All County. He freed up his schedule and could come that day. When he arrived, he identified the problem and got right to work. The price was reasonable, and the AC was blowing cold in about an hour. Thanks again Joe for a great job.

Joe has been an angel. He took the time to trouble shoot over the phone until we were able to accommodate our schedules. I texted him upon arriving at home and he called me immediately and we went through some options to survive the night as we live in a condo and their schedules to have repairs done are ridicules. He even asked me to call him later that night just to follow up.
He then came in the next day and within seconds knew what the problem was and fixed it. Then he called me just to follow up and again the next morning.
He really is a pleasure to work with and he absolutely knows what he's doing and takes his job very seriously.
I can't imagine someone calling someone else. Thanks Joe for all your help.

Called Joe on 5/16/19 for a same day repair on my A/C that was leaking water from the condenser unit. Unfortunately due to a medical emergency he was unable to respond to the call so he referred me to a trustworthy company that came over same day to do the repairs with Joe's guarantee that they would do a good job at a decent price.
Joe has earned himself a permanent customer with myself and all my friends/family members.

Joe is the only Guy I will let touch my AC. He understands the true definition of customer service. It always amazes me how quickly he can diagnose and correct the problem. He’s the guy I recommended to my mom and we know some AC service providers take advantage of our seniors but Joe isn’t one of them. I highly recommend him for a level of service you should expect at a reasonable cost.

I had water leaking from my air handler. I left Joe a message from his website and he contacted me shortly after and I asked him to come to house the next week. Joe came the next business day and did a great job of diagnosing the problem and correcting it. Joe is also very careful on keeping your house clean. After issue was resolved, Joe gave me a detailed bill and showed me how to keep my A/C running smoothly.

Our A/C units stopped working on Saturday before Labor Day, and I called another company first,. The one that had serviced our A/C before and one that installs A/C units. Over the phone the person suggested I buy a system that was almost $20K based on their last service call, so I looked online and found these references for All County Air Conditioning Repair. The reviews are completely true.

Joe walked me through resetting one of the units over the phone, and then scheduled me for a service call for the one I couldn't get running again. He came out, quickly figured out the issue, replaced the piece, cleaned up a shoddy repair from before (clipped wires together, put up some insulation, etc.) And charged a very fair price.

I highly recommend. If there were a 6 star rating, I'd give it!

Called Joe this afternoon, because my a/c was hardly blowing out any air, and the air coming out of the vents was warm. Joe answered the phone immediately and asked me several questions to narrow down the possibilities of what might be wrong. He told me he was on a call but would be here before 5:00. He showed up before 4:00 and immediately pinpointed the problem. He installed a new capacitor and gave me some very good advice on maintaining my aging a/c. This was the first time calling Joe, and I would not hesitate to call him again. I already gave his name and number to my sister, because she is having trouble with her a/c. If you want someone who is personable, honest, prompt and affordable, call Joe!

Joe is quite honestly one of the best people in this business to deal with. He puts your number in his phone and if you ever have to call him again, he calls you by name as if you were an old friend calling him to say Hi. My air conditioning went out and he asked another customer if they would mind him taking care of my AC since there's was just a routine service call. His most important customer is the person without air conditioning at that moment. Since that visit I have had two needs to get my AC fixed and I called Joe 1st thing. Joe advise me what to do on my own to get my air conditioner working as opposed to telling me that I need a service call. That above all else shows that he genuinely cares about the customer being comfortable over the need to make money on a service call. I have recommended Joe to everyone in my family and all of my friends should they ever have a need to have their AC repaired. He is an absolute true gentleman and professional.

Joe is the most amazing repair man! He is so helpful and kind! If her can walk you through some steps before he gets to your house, he takes the time to help you. How many people do that? He responds very quickly and gets to you as soon as he can. This a company with heart that you can trust! He is so knowledgeable and thorough! I recently got an AC unit installed and was having issues with the company that installed it. I called Joe to get a second opinion and he walked me through the process I needed to make sure the AC worked and we were getting the help we needed from the company that installed the unit. He took the time to explain everything and gave me really good resources to help. I am not one of his customers yet he took his time to help me and saved my number and let me know I could contact him if I needed anymore help. Truly an amazing guy and I would recommend him and his company to anyone looking for an honest and knowledgeable AC repair company.

We've used Joe at All County Air Conditioning Repair for years. He always immediately answers the phone and promptly responds. He does a fantastic job of troubleshooting and trying to fix the problem before resorting to ordering expensive new parts to replace older parts that could still be used. He also always gives helpful advice on AC upkeep and maintenance, so you don't need repairs as often! I can't imagine using anyone else for AC repair.

I called for a second opinion/estimate and Joe immediately tried helping by troubleshooting on the phone, then offered to stop by-arrived 20 minutes later. He was thorough and patient, explaining everything as he diagnosed the problem, confirming the first opinion. Unfortunately he doesn’t do installs anymore but he recommended a another company that installed his own AC! All of this free of charge, he’s awesome.

I had a AC emergency as the condenser wasn’t working. The temperature in the house was 84 degrees and climbing. I called Joe and he patiently and expertly walked me through troubleshooting steps. After resetting the condenser through the circuit box, it started working again. I found Joe very easy to work with. I will use him in the future for any AC issues I have.

Joe is great. He was able to promptly schedule an appointment, and quickly pinpointed my issue. I had an issue with my compressor and called Joe for help. First time caller,
and he didn't ask for an appointment or anything like that. He came to my house within a few hours and was awesome to work. Joe is very knowledgeable and was able to fix the issue with my compressor and also fixed the faulty wiring done when the unit was first set back in 2020. A true master of the craft and a very pleasant guy. He even taught me the proper way to keep the unit clean, which I've been doing wrong for 2 years! Call Joe if your AC goes down! Joe & All County are simply fantastic. To put this into words, Joe answered my frantic phone call in the middle of the night when my AC stopped working. I had called a number of other companies, and not a single other one took my call. Joe did. He then came out and fixed my AC unit, and did so in a professional, polite, and engaging manner. It was such a pleasure to speak with Joe and get to know him. He truly is one of a kind, and has a great outlook on his work and life in general. After this experience with Joe & All County, I can't imagine using anyone else ever again. Whenever I have an AC issue in the future, Joe will be my one and only call.

What a great guy Joe is. Always ready to help over the phone and gives right-on-the-money advice. I was having a very distinct issue and I had called another AC service in the area overnight. They told me I was looking at $1500 to clean indoor coils, outdoor coils, to change a line filter and add a "hard start kit."
The next morning, suspecting unnecessary upsells, I called Joe and he has me do a series of tests over the phone. Being handy myself, I was able to do some basic exercises with my AC when he says: it might not be your AC, call an electrician. He refers me to a (really) great electrician, and the guy shows up himself because none of his techs were available, swaps out my service breaker that kept tripping and I'm up and running in less than 20 minutes. For less than $200. Joe's the guy to call if you want someone who REALLY knows AC's. I like the process of elimination he uses to get to the core of the issue and avoid unnecessary expenses. In this case he saved me at least $1300.
