I googled a/c technicians and of course a list pops up, I could have sworn I clicked on a company in Pembroke Pines/Hollywood being that’s where I live… he answers asks a couple questions but then mentions he wouldn’t be able to make it to me because he is located in Plantation so I was somewhat confused at first. Nonetheless, he walked me though step by step over the phone to try and fix it. Had me send pictures so he could see what equipment I had, would review them then call me back and proceed to walk me through what to do. Told me to call him back 2 hours later to then finish the steps and see if it resolved the issue and it all actually worked!!! My A/C is now working!!! When asking him how I could pay him, he refused to accept payment. He actually said a line that I always use which is “what you put out is what you receive”!!! Him walking me through everything wasnt just a quick 5 minute call, overall I would say it was about 35-45 minutes collectively of his TIME to help me. The fact that I even clicked on a business in a different city, not realizing it, getting him to assist me and solve my problem speaks volumes for his passion of what he does.

Quick to respond to inquire but Tech was 40 minutes late. I was not given a window. The text clearly stated Tech will arrive at noon. As a business owner, I understand communication is key. I reached out to dispatch and explained first impressions mean a lot. I canceled the service call and Tech showed up 20 minutes after I canceled my appointment. He stated he was in an accident and dispatch said he was stuck in traffic. Whatever the truth is Respecting people's time is important. A phone call to let me know of the delay would have saved the sale.

I looked up a/c repairs in broward and All County came up and it said they were based in Plantation (right next to where I live). I called up the number posted and Joe (the owner) answered. I explained my problem and Joe very politely troubleshooted my issue with me over the phone until we had tried everything I could do on my end. Finally after all his help my a/c finally cranked up and worked good as new all without wasting a dime. Highly recommend their services to anyone who wants an honest technician.

I was calling a few places and kept getting strange responses to a simple question- “How much to come now and give an estimate?”. The answers from a few others were bazar.

Joe offered some tips on the phone before he came out for a service call. He answered the cost question right off the bat. He also suggested trying his suggestions first, over the course of an hour , so I didn’t spend money if I didn’t have to. He kept in touch over that period of about 30-40 mins and finally we agreed he would come by since it seemed like the capacitor needed replacing. He is very experienced and did not try to over charge or play any games. I really appreciated his total service and attitude. Money well spent and I feel great knowing I have a trusted A/C guy in the future. Thanks Joe!

I have used All County Air Conditioning for years. The owner, Joe, has always been very honest with me regarding the repairs. He’s also been very reasonable with his pricing. He’s one of the best in his trade. I highly recommend him and his company!

There's good service, there's great service, and then there is Joe. He is AMAZING!!! Very professional, very friendly, and very informative. Where most service guys would fix your problem but not tell you how to prevent it from happening again, Joe's goal is to fix your A/C and TEACH you how to keep the same issue from reoccurring.
The thing that impressed us about him the most is that he gave us advice on how to temporarily fix our issue until we were able to get someone out to look at it......before he even knew we were going to use him!
Pricing is very reasonable but the service is outstanding. I highly recommend him for all your A/C needs.
Hopefully our A/C doesn't have any issues in the future, but if it does we're definitely calling him!

I was in a pickle. My AC was frozen, it was 85 degrees out at first light so I had to shut it off. I called Joe and he came out the same day. He was professional, knowledgable thorough and checked every aspect of my unit, inside and outside. It turns out my unit was fine. My last company had me buy a special very expensive filter that was blocking the air from reaching the blower fan. He replaced it with the manufacturers filter (Thank God I saved it), checked everything else and we were good to go. He also checked the freon, the coil and the service valve caps which were loose and he tightened. Joe explained everything as he went. Thank you Joe!

Joe came out on Sunday, Mothers Day to service my broken a/c. He worked on unit for over an hour and found out the problem but he didn't have the part needed to fix the unit and wouldn't be able to get the part till Wednesday. He didn't want me to be without a/c so he called another company while here and told them the situation and the part needed. They agreed to come service the unit today (Monday). He was a gentleman, worked hard to solve the issue and did all that was possible on his part. I certainly would use his service again and I want to wish him happiness and good health and I appreciate all his help with the situation.

All around great service. Joe, the owner came to my house on Sunday after we found our AC leaking water. We had to leave it off, otherwise it would have ruined our wood floors. With the heat creeping up on us, we were anxious for Joe's arrival. Thankfully he was running on time and what seemed about an hour has finished with cleaning the system and got it running cold again within 20 minutes. Great job and if we have any other issues we will be sure to call you.

Excellent experience. Always afraid when an unknown air conditioning tech comes to evaluate your problem. Joe showed what he was doing every step of the way, made everything clear and understandable, even to my unqualified eye. His focus is on giving outstanding service. Total recommendation.

Wow Joe is the real deal! I can say that and I didn't even use his services. Let me explain. My AC broke down the other day and based on the reviews I called Joe first. My first question to him was "do you service my area?" He said no. Now even knowing that he will make no money off me, he still proceeded to spend 10 minutes on the phone to diagnose my problem (his diagnosis was accurate), give me recommendations on AC maintenance, recommendation on how to avoid this type of breakdown in the future and recommended a local company who he knows is honest. If this is the type of service he gives to people who he wont be doing business with; I can only imagine how well he serves paying customers. If he services your area then you shouldn't be calling anyone else!!

Called late on a Saturday afternoon (after reading all the great reviews) when our a/c suddenly would not turn on. Without any hesitation, Joe immediately began trouble shooting our issue over the phone. Within 10 minutes, he helped us fix our issue and saved us a service call! Thank you, Joe! Thanks to Joe, my family and I are cool again! When my A/C died in the heat of the summer, we almost did too. I did a Google search to find a local A/C company, and after reading all the wonderful reviews about All County Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, & Heating Co., I quickly gave them a call. He answered my call right away and after explaining to him what was going on, he said he was on his way. I should also mention that it was 10:00 p.m. on a Wednesday night, and he was at my door in about 30 minutes. He was quickly able to figure out the problem, which he thoroughly explained to me and proceeded to fix it. He had all the necessary parts in his truck and in about 35 minutes, my A/C was up and running again !! He was very knowledgeable and honest and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this company to all my friends and family. Thank You Joe !!

Joe is friendly and concerned. I called mid-afternoon on a Friday because our place was steadily getting warmer. He walked me through what to do so we would survive until the next day, then came over even earlier than he'd said on Saturday. He explained everything clearly and gave us pointers on how to get our a/c running well. He clearly explained the pricing before he started. We'll definitely call him when we need help in the future.

Our AC stopped blowing cold air and our family was seeking a repair and not a sales person. Joe, the repair man, did an amazing job coordinating with us and walking me through steps to preliminary diagnose the problem. Joe would then book some time with me to come over and walk me through the problem step by step. It turns out we just had a simple blown capacitor. Joe was able to swap it out and get us up and running again.

Awesome awesome service by Joe. A/C stopped working Saturday night, called All County Air Sunday morning and Joe was at my home before noon. Very reliable and honest. Doesn't charge extra for weekend calls. Very informative and took the time to explain everything. Price was reasonable! Will definitely use him again!

Outstanding service! Called Joe and he was out to my house within 20 minutes. Quickly diagnosed the problem, showed me the issues and explained things fully. Corrected shoddy work and cheap parts used by Air Around the Clock and Air America technicians before. Had the problem fixed within an hour and was on his way. Great experience! Much better than any of the larger companies in the area. I'd definitely recommend him for any AC work in the future.

When our ac broke, I knew we were in trouble. We quickly went through the internet and found a local ac repair company that had enough good reviews to trust. Joe came to service my ac because it was not cooling anymore. Within about 15 minutes he had diagnosed the problem and gave me what I think is a reasonable price. We agreed to the terms, and in about an hour he had the ac getting colder. Joe has a great personality, knows what he is doing, experienced and professional. He is what I would expect of a good ac service company and would recommend this also to others.

Very satisfied with the work done by Joe when he came out to take a look at my unit. Very professional, punctual, and detailed. Joe walked me through the issues with the unit in precise detail, even tested out the capacities to show me the proof that it was drained. He replaced a faulty breaker, re-wired my nest thermostat and replaced my capacitor. Now my 16 year old unit is working good as new. Very pleased, will recommend.
