Great customer service from day one. I called them and they were very pleased to talk over the phone and to explain their service. The day of my appointment they were on time and they were honest about all my different choices. Reasonable prices and great follow up after service. I will 100 % recommend this business to anyone dealing with air conditioning problem. The manager Louis and the technician Moses were extremely professional and helpful.

Had vent cleaning performed this week and technician did some thing to the ac and it stopped working afterwards. Afternoon numerous calls somebody finally responded and said they were gonna send a technician come over the next day or take a look at it. The guy that came with the same guy that came prior this week to do the cleaning he went in the AC unit open the panel was trying to figure out what was wrong with it in the end told me the breaker inside the unit tripped somehow I’m like OK how did that happen? He tried to tell me that it was already an existed problem and I said no it was working prior to the work that was started yet is that all the breakers is gonna cost me out-of-pocket so I have to pay for it I won’t charge a labour and I said no I am not paying for no no part for some problem that you caused we do not do business like this. I’m sorry I’ve been in business before and And the number one rule is the customer is alway. Number one rule in business, the customer is always right. this company is reputable as I’ve seen read the pass reviews but I just had a bad experience with it and I wouldn’t want anyone else to go to the same thing. I would recommend that they fix their issues somehow because this is not how we do take care of our customers.

I really need a new AC unit installed but I've noticed all of these reviews are in the past month and extremely similarly written. Marketing company is doing a very poor job. I wouldn't dream of calling this company because I didn't believe the reviews are real.

One of the best companies I dealt with so far very professional and good service got a very good service so I really want to recommend on them thank you frozen!

I had an a/c issue in my shop that two other companies already came out for and finally the tech Frozen sent out figured out the issue and has been working flawlessly. There was some connection issue in the unit on the roof not the thermostat or breaker like the other two placed tried. 3rd times a charm! Thank you I couldnt take the heat!

I read the google reviews and thought I was scheduling a great company. Well I just read all the 1 star yelp reviews - that was my experience. What a waste of time.

I scheduled intensive duct cleaning and a quote for new AC and new insulation. The tech was suppose to be here between 9-11. They showed up at 1:00 and did not bring anything to do the duct cleaning. He tried to sell me sanitizing the AC / blower and $3400 duct cleaning to get rid of all the mold (he cut open my AC duct to show dusty blower motor but did not even inspect the ducts other then looking at vents through grill with a flashlight) . He acted like he was doing me a favor, quoting me thousands to clean vs install a new AC…saying I better appreciate it…lol.

Frozen HVAC did a replacement for my ac unit. They came out for an estimate and next day replaced the unit. Excellent work.

Don't let these people waste your time! I made an appointment with them on Friday to come today, Sept 1, to do a maintenance and check on my HVAC system. Their tech, David, sends me a text message asking me to confirm and saying that he will arrive in 25 minutes. I confirmed via text and 40 minutes later, David was still not here, so I sent him another text asking if he was still coming. I got back no reply, so after an hour, I called them to ask what was going on and never got to speak to a live person, I was disconnected TWICE! After that I sent a message to David to thank him for wasting my time! These people are not serious.

When you’re in a bind, and you are in need of help, Frozen HVAC is there to help you anyway they can. I called them and let them know what was going on and they had no problem helping me. If you have issues here in Ft.lauderdale -Miami, anywhere in South Florida ,Moses from HVAC will find a way to get it done. In just one day (really half a day ) I got an estimate , parts and installation all completed in just about 5 hours. Awesome and amazing quality of product and staff. I highly recommend for any residential or commercial work.
