My experience with Frozen HVAC systems was so bad and awful and I'm not sure where to start. I have an appointment from 10 to 12 PM for a complete home package service. The tech arrived at approximately 11:45, not punctual. For unlimited intensive duct cleaning, the technician said that the entire system will be cleaned just by attaching a hose to one vent. The home package includes several services, such as leak checks, attic insulation checks, and basic drain line cleaning and NOTHING was done. As he's not performing the most of the services I requested the basic dryer vent cleaning that is listed and mess created all over the place and left without cleaning. Not professional. He told me it would take $400 to clean a dryer vent. Truly?
In addition, he checked at the Freon level, which is 118, and said it was normal. Wasn't the typical Freon level between 125 and 140 when I asked? He told me that if I put the 1 LB of free Freon in now, your system will fail and become corrupt. What appalling service.

It was a Great experience very professional and patient team, from the first phone call explained the options and processes available for my home . The entire team was professional, and their attention to detail was amazing..The service was over my expectations . Highly recommended.

Made my first service appointment for my service contract, they were on time, they called me a hour a ahead of the appt and let me know. Very courteous and proffesional the whole time. The did it in good time and did a good job , you can tell they were an expert with years of experience. They also provided top notch customer service in person and over the phone. Will plan to do business with them for life.

I used this company for their duct cleaning service and they did not disappoint. Stephanie scheduled my call and she was professional and knowledgeable. The technicians were on time, called 30 mins prior to arrival and left my ducts very clean. Roger was my technician and he was very thorough with his service and explaining everything. Definitely recommend!

I had my ac serviced today the tech was very professional, polite and very efficient his name was David I will be calling this company again for my next service I highly recommend them.

I can only review them for their lack of a call back not for a service as they never provided one.I called Sunday October 13th at 9:36am. I spoke to a representative,informed them of the complaint i was having with my equipment. I was informed that I would get a call back from a technician after taking down my details.It is officially 4 days later and I never had my call returned

Thankfully I had the problem resolved by another company so at this point should my review be viewed there is no need to return my call. This is more a word of warning to potential clients. In my case it seemed like the "big guys forgot about the little people".

Absolutely terrible company. They were quick to install a new AC unit. After that downhill. It came with an anual inspection Included but they called 4 months after the year had passed to schedule it. Also, 2 weeks ago when Miami had a bad cold front come in at temperature were in the 40s/50s. I called for service because the unit took over 1 hour to raise the house just 1 degree. So we suffered basically through the cold front. They said someone would come out and no one showed. 2 days after, my AC stop working completely and I called to say no one came out to fix heat and now the AC isnt working at all. We scheduled it for monday when someone would be home. On wednesday they call to say they were on the way, but no one home for service. Then we scheduled for following monday and again no one showed up. When we called they said we didnt have an appointment. But then tried to cover it up and say they can squeeze us in today, Wednesday the 5th between 4-5pm. I called at 6pm because no one showed up. The lady told me if it was scheduled for today then someone should be out. I responded, that it doesnt look likely to happen as no service professionals ever come out after 6pm. And here I am writing this review at 7pm because no one showed up! Avoid this company at all costs!! To make the situation worse, I have a 1 year old baby who I had to send her with family due to the house being so hot.

I needed a new a/c unit this company did the installation in one day , honest and truthful. The tech.Dave was great who did inspect my original a/c and stated it was not going to last, it was the original a/c , so I said install a new one . This was Friday and this company came Monday and the installation was done by end of day the install was Dave and his helper .I am grateful that I had Frozen HVAC, I have been using them for 2.5 yrs. Every time I call for service this company is prompt. Thank you.

This company helped execute a full AC installation from 3 hours away, they handled the situation quickly and with care. I’m very pleased with the service that Moses and his team provided! They were also great with communicating back and forth with me throughout the process, and it kept my mind at ease knowing that the job was going to be done right. Again they were pleasant to work with and I would definitely recommend them!

Today I use this company to do a mildew treatment to my AC I am very satisfied with the result, one of the best company that had a chance to work with this is my way to show appreciate thank you frozen
