Called East Coast and within a few minutes Scott the owner called me back. There was a coolant leak in my A/C unit. It was not repairable. I had called several companies and they all agreed. Within one day East Coast had a new unit installed by two qualified technicians. It’s up and running now. All don with a competitive price

I initially called for a service of my air-conditioning however when the technician arrived, my unit was too old and it was a highly recommendation that I obtain a ac new unit they sent me quotes for different types of units and recommended one for my townhouse. The technician was very patient with me with all my many questions and asked them to the best of his ability. I was given an opportunity to use their hundred percent financing. which help with my decision to continue with their services even the day of installation there was a technical problem not a fault of theirs, but they stayed on site until it resolved until 9:00 pm The technician had to call his superior to come out to assist him. They were very friendly. They cleaned up after themselves and I can highly recommend using their services.

You sent somebody so young they didn't have any experience. once he arrived he had to call somebody to walk him through the steps to check the hot water heater. after 15 or 20 minutes he said my problem was in my pipes. In my pipes? then he put a supervisor on the phone and that guy continue to talk and talk and talk and basically said the issue was probably, probably in my shower head or faucet. The issue was never resolved and they charged me $185. needless to say I won't be using them again. Terrible experience

Extremely knowledgeable and professional. I chose East Coast after. I interviewed 4 other a/c companies. East Coast stood out with their superior experience and willingness to "do right" by the customer. East Coast was the only company that researched my equipment and found it was still under warranty. All other companies want to to pay an extra $600 to purchase a new part. East Coast clearly stood out from the others and were also very prompt , completing the repair the same day. Aaa++++

Tried to set up an appointment for an A/C tune up and was the worst customer service and managed business have dealt with regarding HVAC service. Made an appt, confirmed the appt. the day before. The technician called from a number that said scam likely and never left a voice message. As I got 3 missed calls from different numbers that all said scam likely and no voice messages I did not call them back. The technician never showed up or even tried calling again. I reached out to company to find out about no show and they said they are getting no response and will call me back. Never heard back and had to call again to find out whats going on and just cancelled my appointment. Poorly managed with awful processes in place. Will never use this company for anything.

Mike was excellent in his service today for cleaning the ducs. Even went out of his way to remove 2 vents that were filthy to clean and reinstalled the vents. He even vacuumed the debris from removing them. Went up and beyond my expectations. Will be recommending and using their services again.

I used this company exactly last year around this season, summer. And I used 2 coupon, the guy that came did both intensive air Duct cleaning and A/C tune up, i paid and he left with out any problems or extra charge. The guy that came today, who said he was a supervisor, said I could not use more then 1 coupon a yr., When I call to make the appointment I was never told this, as i told them i was going to use 2 coupons. Later he said I i need it more freon, and that he would not put the free lb if I was not going to put the 5lbs ($95xlb) which I was not prepared for as last time business was to the point. He also said he wouldn't do the intensive air Duct cleaning because I would over work the unit and also his machinery was not equipped for my apartment. The employee was also very upset, he was not rude but seem very annoyed, when i told him i was not going to pay extra as all this was very confusing from last time, he ask for payment and left in a hurry. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and the poor quality of information between the company and its workers. I would not use this company again nor recommend.
