Garret can I get the $550 you owe me for my concrete? Only been 8 months

I cannot say enough good things about these guys! Garrett and his team very professional, courteous, responsive and fast!! Prices are great also! I would recommend them to anyone. Our building property looks great!

Garrett and his team have been frustrating to work with. The majority of the project came out well, but he seems to be running more of a sales organization than a business. We agreed on a few ideas that looked good in pictures, but they could not execute. Promises made to fix and remediate took forever to execute, and once payment was made, Garrett who was at first responsive and easily accessible, then was impossible to get ahold of. It has now been 4 months and I have given up on the last major item - going with another company and having to pay twice for that portion of the project since Garrett will not refund. So while I am happy with the outcome overall, I have dramatically overpaid for what ended up getting completed, and overpaid for ongoing maintenance during that time as well. I have discontinued my relationship and would not recommend, nor re-hire for future work.

Took our money and ran with it. Once we gave up the deposit it was hard to get ahold of him. He began to push the date back week after week after week. After nearly 2 months of constant delays, excuses, and trying to switch up on the layout we asked for we finally asked for a refund which he said was ok. Another two months later and no refund. He continues to blame the supplier saying the supplier says "it'll be there next week" each and every week that passes still no refund and still the same excuse about the supplier. He will not show receipts that he paid the supplier the deposit nor will he give us the suppliers name so we can try to contact supplier ourselves for the refund or to verify he actually gave the deposit to the supplier. He's a pathological liar and a con artist. We called the partner he had listed on the contract and the partner said he also won't answer his calls either and he had no idea he was using his partners company name on the contract. Finally dug deeper and got his parents info and messaged his dad. His own father said they are no longer working together and that "he's done this to other people as well".. we have all the receipts of these messages from his dad and his partner. No need to lie. I warn everybody on here DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. TRUST THE BAD REVIEWS. They are absolutely 110% true. Here we are months after giving the deposit and he's ignoring us completely. Karma will definitely catch up to him. He knows what he's doing and he has no shame about it. He has zero empathy for his customers after stealing thousands of dollars. We tried our best to be patient but currently the process server is looking for him and we are taking him to court. No choice but to sue this thief after months of his absurd shenanigans.

Do not trust this person, he took my deposit, no work done, blocked me so I'm out of my deposit.
He was using another companys name when I looked him up on FB.
Those of you who got what you wanted, great. I'm just letting future clients who are considering not to use him or his company.

Superior lawn and property Maintenance is run by Garret who means well but he and his crew are extremely unreliable. He always has an excuse for broken down vehicles or problems with the nursery. Garret also does not know specimen trees and other choices so his work is very basic. I highly suggest using another company to do you expensive landscape work, just not Superior Lawn...There are many choices in south Florida that have reputable established reputations..

Superior is an appropriate name for the landscaping services provided. Garrett had a eye for detail and his crew worked diligently to bring his vision to reality.

Recommended by multiple people in a community group for front yard sod install. Once I made the deposit, it was difficult to get him out. Finally the install of sod was completed, and it was done well enough. But we had agreed to have mulch laid, beds rounded out and a path installed. He never returned after the sod install to complete the other parts of the project. For weeks he kept giving excuses in order to delay returning meanwhile weeds started taking over the bare garden beds. He eventually totally stopped responding after I had expressed my frustration of the delays in finishing. Would not recommend using Superior.

Garrett did a great job with our backyard, he laid out the plan and was able to adjust things so it could fit within our budget. Loving the turf, putt-putt, and especially lining the fence with the plants and rocks, I enjoy spending time in my backyard now. Throughout the whole process he communicated what he was doing and what days, and if there was any delay due to weather he kept us up-to-date. Deff recommend 👍🏽

Horrible, run call somebody else don't use this company don't use maximum Pest Control don't use threlkel Botanicals or dias Brothers or Jim threlkel florist & foliage they are all the same owner or in-laws of each other and they're absolutely horrible in my opinion

Excellent customer service - Huge palm close to my house was removed without damage to house (that was my concern) and cleaned up nicely. Will definitely use them again.
