Good experience on a very short noticed. I do recommend hiring to anyone that’s looking for a short notice work. The only issue I had was that were a few branches and twigs that I feel could have been cleaned out with the blower from my roof.

Your work on clearing around my neighbors and limbs hanging over the wires into my yard was not a very good job. Left uncut branches, and the main limb that was intruding on the cable wires was not even cut. Seemed to be a younger crew that was more interested in getting out quickly than doing the job right. My neighbor and I cut the worst branch that was laying across the cable wires. Not impressed.

I called and spoke with the owner Jonathan and scheduled my palm tree trimming.The crew was very professional and did a great job. They showed up on time and there were no problems. I would definitely recommend using them .

Jonathan and his crew did an amazing job on our multi-level, complex ocean-front property. He was communicative, receptive and all around accommodating with our very specific needs and requests. It has been a pleasure working with him and we will continue to do so in the coming years

If I could give 0 stars I would. First, try calling the company to get someone to answer. No answer after multiple attempts and called after business hours. Finally, after two hours a call was returned. Second, I have never seen an employee give attitude to a home owner when your guys are trespassing on my property. There was no reason to be on the property when the tree they were looking to cut could be accessed without going onto residential property. Your employee opened my gate, shimmed his way past my boat and entered my property without approval. Then gave attitude to my wife when asked to leave and said “when I cut tree down I leave on your yard, I no pick it up.” I just thought you would like to know what your employees are doing. I asked your secretary to have you call me. Please do so, so we can figure out what to do with the damage your guy did to my trees.

Worst company that I have ever dealt with by far. They were recommended to me by my landscaper. I waited 2 months for them to come out and trim a large tree in my back yard. After last year, I was not taking any chances with the trees. I specifically met with their manager prior to discuss the price and exactly what I needed done. Only about 60% of the work was actually finished. Half the time their employees smoked cigarettes and laid around in my back yard. At the end of the day I was told that my quote was only for one (1) days work and that I would have to pay extra. Also was told that the manager is not a certified arborist and that he did not quote properly. I now have to hire another company to finish the job. STAY AWAY.

I recently hired Sherlock to remove 5 coconut palms in my backyard. We were amazed at how efficient and clean the job was done! You wont find better service than these guys. Highly recommend them for any landscaping need.

Sherlock Tree company removed a diseased Foxtail Palm from our residence. They were very professional and did an excellent job of removing the tree and grinding the stump. They not only have the expertise but also the best equipment to do the job right. I would highly recommend them. It was a hassle free experience. I dealt with Dennis who was a pleasure to deal with.

Sherlock provided the best price by far. They showed up within a few days after the quote and finished the same day. They cleaned up and took all the debris with them - none left on the side of the road like other tree servicers do. Good job.

The crew showed up on the day scheduled to trim one extremely large tree in the backyard and one large tree in the front yard. Even though it was difficult for them to access the tree in the back yard because of our fence, they did an amazing job trimming and shaping the tree. The tree in the front yard looked better than ever when they were finished. They worked several hours and did a thorough job cleaning up and removing all trimmings. We've used them several times before and have never been disappointed.

I can't rate the effectiveness of the work because it'll take time for the tree recovery, but I can say Sherlock Tree Company has responded to all of my inquiries, showed up when they said and did what they said they would do. They were professional and honest about what they would be doing. The quoted price was very fair.

Sherlock has been trimming the black olive tree in my front yard every two years for thirty plus years. The old tree survived Hurricanes Andrew and Wilma and continue to thrive today. Watching the team trim the tree is like a watching a precision drill team . . . fun to watch the coordination and efficiency of the process.
